Responsabilidades
  • Diseño y definición de los procesos de mantenimiento basados en la filosofía TPM.
  • Definición de máquinas críticas, procesos críticos, elementos críticos y repuestos críticos que puedan afectar al negocio y sus indicadores de Seguridad, Calidad y Eficiencia.
  • Implementación de una metodología que permita asegurar el correcto mantenimiento de las máquinas y equipos, así como la mejora continua para garantizar un funcionamiento óptimo en el largo plazo.
  • Definición y ejecución del Plan de Mantenimiento Preventivo de la fábrica.
  • Planificación de las actividades de mantenimiento correctivo, mantenimiento de mejorar y liderar el despliegue del mantenimiento autónomo.
  • Definir, mantener y mejorar los indicadores del área (%downtime, MTTR, MTBF.).
  • Capacitar al equipo de mantenimiento en las nuevas competencias deseadas en el puesto.
  • Liderar las dinámicas de mejora continua en el área.
  • Codiseñar y ejecutar el presupuesto anual del área.
  • Traccionar la implementación de acciones de mejora.
Requisitos
  • Ingeniería Electromecánica, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería eléctrica.

Summary

Deel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Corporate Security to lead and oversee two critical teams: IT Security and Security Operations (SecOps) . This leader will be responsible for safeguarding Deel’s technology ecosystem, ensuring strong defenses against cyber threats, and building scalable security strategies to protect the company’s assets, data, and people.

Responsibilities IT Security Team
  • Act as the system owner for Deel’s security platforms (ZTNA, SWG, enterprise browser, DLP, EDR, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and oversee resolution across security tools and infrastructure.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to remediate security risks identified by Deel’s security tools or security architects.

Security Operations (SecOps) Team

Summary

Deel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Corporate Security to lead and oversee two critical teams: IT Security and Security Operations (SecOps) . This leader will be responsible for safeguarding Deel’s technology ecosystem, ensuring strong defenses against cyber threats, and building scalable security strategies to protect the company’s assets, data, and people.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with proven leadership ability and thrives in a fast-paced, global, and high-growth environment.

Responsibilities IT Security Team
  • Act as the system owner for Deel’s security platforms (ZTNA, SWG, enterprise browser, DLP, EDR, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and oversee resolution across security tools and infrastructure.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to remediate security risks identified by Deel’s security tools or security architects.
  • Ensure security systems are fully integrated, optimized, and aligned with Deel’s enterprise security strategy.
Security Operations (SecOps) Team
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve Deel’s monitoring and alerting strategy .
  • Manage communication and incident coordination with Deel’s SIEM and SOC providers , ensuring incidents are tracked and resolved effectively.
  • Design and maintain security dashboards for visibility and metrics reporting across the company.
  • Act as Tier 3 escalation for security incidents and investigations, providing advanced technical guidance.
  • Develop and execute Deel’s insider threat detection and response strategy .
  • Define and implement SIEM correlation rules to detect emerging threats.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve security playbooks to ensure rapid, consistent incident response.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing IT Security and/or SecOps.
