Buscamos un Director de Marketing con enfoque 100% comercial, orientado a resultados, cumplimiento de metas.

Será responsable de liderar la estrategia de marketing y comunicaciones con un enfoque claro en performance, crecimiento y posicionamiento digital, gestionando campañas, contenidos y herramientas que impulsen directamente los objetivos de negocio.

Propósito del cargo:

Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de marketing comercial , liderando la atracción de clientes a través de campañas pagas, automatización, posicionamiento de marca y gestión de comunicaciones, con indicadores claros de conversión y crecimiento

Responsabilidades principales:

Diseñar y liderar la estrategia comercial de marketing, orientada a la venta de servicios

Ejecutar campañas pagas en plataformas como Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads y LinkedIn Ads, con control directo de presupuestos, audiencias y resultados.

Implementar y optimizar embudos de conversión, landing pages y automatizaciones enfocadas en performance.

Establecer y hacer seguimiento a KPI clave del área de marketing: leads, CPL, ROAS, tasa de conversión, tráfico y posicionamiento.

Dirigir al equipo de comunicaciones y coordinar la producción de contenidos y piezas digitales alineadas con la estrategia comercial.

Liderar el análisis de resultados, proponiendo ajustes y acciones concretas para garantizar el cumplimiento de metas mensuales y trimestrales.

Perfil profesional requerido:

Profesional en Mercadeo, Publicidad, Administración o carreras afines.

Especialización o formación avanzada en Marketing Digital, Growth Marketing, Publicidad o similar.

Mínimo 3 años de experiencia liderando áreas de marketing comercial o digital con responsabilidad en ventas, generación de leads o atracción de talento.

Dominio de plataformas de pauta y análisis digital: Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM y herramientas de automatización.

Experiencia liderando equipos de comunicaciones, creativos y/o agencias externas.

Alta capacidad analítica, liderazgo estratégico y orientación total a resultados.

A day in the life:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern measurement, incrementality, statistics, data analysis, and reporting, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. In this role, you will oversee and guide the measurement strategy for high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts. You’ll bring an elevated strategic mindset, advising both internal and client leadership teams on best practices for statistical modeling (MMM), experiment design for incremental impact, customer analysis, and attribution-based measurement.

    Additionally, you will provide executive-level strategic direction, managing the relationship for your book of business and collaborating across departments to drive client success and high sentiment. As a senior leader, you will also be responsible for setting standards for measurement best practices, mentoring & managing junior team members, and ensuring the continued growth of our measurement capabilities.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the overall measurement strategy for a book of high-priority clients, overseeing the execution of statistical modeling (MMM), incrementality experiment design (MMT), and customer analysis.
    • Drive the implementation of advanced measurement methodologies and models, ensuring that insights are actionable and tied to client business goals.
    • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with Power Digital’s services.
    • Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts across client-facing teams, creative departments, and analytics teams to implement holistic, data-driven marketing strategies.
    • Leverage large datasets and sophisticated data tools (R, Python, SQL) to uncover and communicate meaningful performance insights and areas for optimization.
    • Drive and communicate forecasts and performance outlooks to senior-level stakeholders, offering strategic advice and "so what" insights for ongoing campaign optimization.
    • Lead the team’s efforts in improving operational efficiency, continually refining the measurement and marketing science processes, and setting new benchmarks for client performance.
    • Champion the use of AI and automation tools to improve deliverable efficiency, productivity, and measurement outcomes across client accounts.

    Role Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics and Measurement
    • 3+ years of agency experience
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate quantitative data into actionable business insights and recommendations, especially related to applying outputs of statistical models and market experiments to marketing strategies
    • Proficiency in R, Python, and SQL
    • Experience with ETL tools, such as Funnel.io and Fivetran
    • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies
    • Extensive knowledge of owned, earned and paid marketing channels as well as first-party data tools
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively across teams internally and externally
    • Demonstrated managerial experience, including the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team, 2-3 years of team management experience, ideally 2-3 direct reports
    • Highly dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a self-starter
    • Excellent problem solving, communication, and decision making skills; ability to clearly communicate complex strategies to senior leadership and executive-level stakeholders

You will work closely with our partners to make Canonical their trusted partner to deliver open source based products and solutions. In this role you will ultimately be responsible for maximising the overall ROI of our campaigns supporting our partners motions whether sell-to, sell-through or sell-with.

The partner marketing team is formed of multi-talented marketing professionals, as comfortable formulating joint value propositions as they are about running lead generation campaigns. They have an eye for creating remarkable messages/assets and a hand in the selection of the most effective channels through a complex supply chain. They are passionate about technology, the users of enterprise technology, and are early adopters of advanced partner analytics technologies.

Location: This role is home based in the AMER region.

The role entails

  • Building a marketing strategy that drives pipeline growth and revenue outcomes through key partners – Silicon, IHV, ODM, Channel, GSIs, etc.
  • Aligning with growth, field and product marketing to deliver activities integrated with Canonical's campaigns.
  • Owning the execution of partner campaigns across the funnel from recruitment to demand generation programs.
  • Engaging and elevating the partner community through exceptional content in partnership with the communication, product and alliances teams.
  • Multiplying our partners' impact through programmatic approaches.
  • Crafting bespoke plans and joint value propositions to stand out in the marketplace.
  • Championing our partner collaboration vision both internally and externally.
  • Managing the use of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) whether we receive it or distribute it.
  • Driving the adoption of advanced analytics and reporting tools to continually improve the ROI of partner marketing activities.
  • Mentoring and developing a diverse team of partner marketers covering our whole spectrum of partners.
  • Cultivating a culture of continuous testing and optimization.

What we are looking for in you

  • Strong understanding of the technology ecosystem including Silicon, IHV, ISV, ODM/OEMs, cloud service providers and channels is essential for this role.
  • Demonstrated leadership in aligning diverse partners around Go To Market strategies.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful co-marketing programs in the technology space.
  • Experience reporting on complex partner marketing activities and touchpoints.
  • Ability to create a culture of excellence, agility and self-drive in your team.
  • Curiosity with a habit of continuous learning.
  • Outstanding communications skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional academic results both at high school and university.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 4 times a year for company events up to two weeks long.

Position Summary

Tipalti is seeking a Director, Partner Marketing to lead and scale our global partner marketing strategy across partner ecosystems. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will shape the partner marketing function, be responsible for developing and driving co-marketing strategies with partners like system integrators, resellers, and technology providers. You'll work closely with alliances, sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure partner marketing efforts contribute directly to business outcomes. This is a high-impact, strategic role requiring a blend of creativity and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities of the Director, Partner Marketing

  • Marketing Strategy : Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans that align with Alliance’s sales strategy. Establish key metrics and track the performance to optimize outcomes and ensure partner-driven revenue growth.
  • Leadership & Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of partner marketing professionals, building an environment of accountability and collaboration
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Alliances, Sales, Product, and teams to build and execute marketing plans.
  • Build and execute Partner Marketing campaigns : Execute campaigns to market to and with partners and the broader ecosystem. Design, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, co-branded content, and other channels
  • Manage Budget : Oversee the partner marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in partner marketing or business development, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of leading and managing partner marketing teams
  • Expertise in global marketing campaigns, partner enablement, and co-marketing strategies.
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems (e.g., SIs, technology alliances, VARs).
  • Deep understanding of the Payments and/or Finance Automation use cases across various industries (e.g., internet marketplaces, creators, adtech, ecommerce, healthcare) is highly desirable
  • Ability to think strategically while focusing on getting things done with actionable marketing plans.
  • Strong ability to develop messaging for co-marketing programs and enable the alliance team to drive partner engagement
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal teams and external partners at all levels
  • Strong bias for action & ability to move projects forward efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
