Tu rol en Renal Care Services & Vantive :
Garantizar que los medicamentos, insumos y dispositivos médicos utilizados en el tratamiento de la Enfermedad Renal Crónica y Aguda en la IPS de la Red Nacional de RTS cumplan con los requisitos técnico, normativo y administrativo para la atención segura de los pacientes, alineado con los estándares de habilitación, indicadores administrativos y de calidad, y en línea con las metas corporativas y competencias laborales.

Lo que realizarás en Renal Care Services & Vantive :
- Conocer y aplicar las políticas, normas, manual de calidad, procedimientos, protocolos y guías de manejo vigentes en Baxter- RTS relacionados con su cargo bajo el marco legal y corporativo.
- Proporcionar información de consumos y generar alertas de reposición, sobre stocks y productos de baja rotación que garanticen la disponibilidad y oportunidad de los insumos, medicamentos y dispositivos médicos para la atención de pacientes con enfermedad renal aguda y crónica.
- Notificar eventos, incidentes adversos y fallas de calidad relacionados a medicamentos y dispositivos médicos en la IPS renal.
- Proporcionar información para la elaboración de informes de gestión según el formato establecido. Buscar las fuentes de información y brindar apoyo en la elaboración, seguimiento y cierre de planes de mejora en el servicio farmacéutico.
- Asegurar la veracidad, oportunidad y confiabilidad de los registros de datos de insumos, medicamentos y dispositivos médicos en las diferentes herramientas utilizadas en la IPS.
- Custodiar y garantizar las medidas de seguridad de los documentos y productos del servicio farmacéutico. Ver Anexo Responsabilidades Específicas del Cargo: Clerk, Pharmaceutical Service / Auxiliar Servicio Farmacéutico.
Lo que aportarás a Renal Care Services & Vantive :
- Técnico auxiliar de servicio farmacéutico preferiblemente con experiencia mínima de seis meses.
- Manejo básico de Excel.
- Conocimiento en normatividad de Servicios Farmacéuticos.
- Buenas prácticas de almacenamiento y conservación de insumos, medicamentos y dispositivos médicos.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry to support our operations team by accurately inputting and managing essential data across our internal systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our logistics and operations processes run smoothly and that information is always up to date and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept loads on the customer's portal within 2 hours of receipt and log them into our internal system.
- Accurately enter and update data into company platforms such as TM3, Airtable, spreadsheets, or other internal tools.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming data and perform corrections or status updates as needed.
- Maintain organized digital records to ensure accessibility and data security.
- Collaborate with the operations team to review records and rate information for accuracy and completeness.

-Coordinar con el personal de la planta para la entrega de certificados y documentación.
-Contribuir a la mejora y eficiencia de los procesos administrativos, proponiendo soluciones y optimizaciones para el crecimiento del departamento.
