About the Role
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to support our Marketing Team by executing content campaigns, managing the content calendar, and ensuring smooth deployment across paid and organic channels. This is a tactical and creative role, perfect for someone who loves transforming strategy into action and thrives in a fast-paced, B2B-focused environment.
What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)
Content Production- Create and adapt visual content (posts, carousels, video snippets, etc.) using Canva or Adobe Suite
- Repurpose long-form content into platform-ready assets (for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Ensure brand consistency and platform optimization in all content
- Manage and maintain the monthly content calendar (grid) in alignment with the campaign plan
- Schedule and publish content across organic platforms using scheduling tools
- Prepare and upload creative assets for paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Paid Media Specialist to launch and monitor campaigns
- Support A/B testing efforts and creative variations
- Organize assets, gather performance snapshots, and flag content requiring updates or improvements
- Work closely with designers to gather content and feedback
- Attend weekly marketing check-ins to align on priorities and deadlines

What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital campaign.
- Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads is a plus
- Solid understanding of how content changes across platforms, funnel stages, and audience.
- Organized, deadline-oriented, and great at managing content calendars
- Comfortable working remotely with an international team and taking ownership of deliverables

- Develop and execute Vertiv Public Relations for the Latam Region with the Regional PR Hub agency to proactively identify market communications opportunities, boost brand visibility, and grow the business pipeline.
- Manage the company’s social media strategy and social media employee amplification initiatives for the Latam Region
- Research, develop, and implement internal and external communication strategies to build brand awareness and increase visibility.
- Collaborate effectively with content, creative, latam marketers, and product marketing teams to assess project needs and opportunities that drive content creation.
- Oversee the content writing team's workflow and work assignments to ensure effective, consistent, and quality work.
- Ensure external content is optimized for SEO and readability.
- Identify and help create opportunities to share internal news and strategies from our senior leaders with the global team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related major.
- Seven or more years of work experience as an individual contributor in translation/content generation in a marketing communications environment or similar.
- 5+ years of professional Corporate Communications and/or Public Relations experience with a portfolio of published work.
- At least 2 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a high-tech industry.
- Two or more years of experience supervising teams in graphic design/translation/marketing or a similar creative services industry. Project management experience is a suitable alternative as well
- Experience leading a team of 3+ people.
- Strong working knowledge of the digital platforms used by the company, including web content management system, Eloqua - marketing automation platform, Sprinkrl Social Media platform
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Intermediate knowledge of layout and graphic design. Capable of guiding internal clients and graphic designers to an effective final piece.
- Experience with IT Channels and IT Industry highly desired.
- Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Sharepoint.

In this position, you will work closely with Latam Regional Marketers, collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Global CEO and Latam Human Resources teams, and partner with senior leadership, sales, and the offering team to craft and ensure all communication aligns with our corporate initiatives.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute Vertiv Public Relations strategies for the Latam Region with the Regional PR Hub agency to proactively identify market communication opportunities, boost brand visibility, and grow the business pipeline.
- Manage the company’s social media strategy and employee amplification initiatives for the Latam Region.
- Research, develop, and implement internal and external communication strategies to build brand awareness and increase visibility.
- Collaborate effectively with content, creative, Latam marketers, and product marketing teams to assess project needs and opportunities that drive content creation.
- Oversee the workflow and assignments of the content writing team to ensure effective, consistent, and quality output.
- Ensure external content is optimized for SEO and readability.
- Identify and facilitate opportunities to share internal news and strategies from senior leaders with the global team.
- Maintain brand compliance and consistency across partners, distributors, and third-party agencies, and manage Vertiv collateral and web portals (public website, partner portal, and sales portal).
- Handle social media responsibilities effectively.
- Manage multiple assignments within deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Proofread and edit content written by yourself and team members.
