Gallagher's ART Department is seeking a Video Production Manager to support global video project intake, coordinate postproduction resourcing, and ensure on-time, on-spec delivery of marketing and communications content. You will partner closely with the Associate Creative Director for Video and our Account Managers as well as a talented team of in-house Motion Designers, Editors, and Art Directors to shepherd video projects from request to activation. Primary video content types the team produces: social promotions and short-form campaign content; explainer videos and product/service overviews; talking-head executive communications and announcements; interviews and thought leadership pieces; and documentary-style brand stories and event recaps.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • In collaboration with Account Managers and the Video Project Manager, coordinate inbound video requests; validate priorities, deliverables, and initial project timelines.

  • Tu rol principal sera la edición de video
     para redes sociales, es muy importante que sepas editar (Reels, TikToks, etc.).
  • Plantear ideas de contenido y estructurar guiones con intención y enfoque narrativo según la marca.
  • Aportar ideas frescas y desarrollar guiones listos para producción.
  • Traducir ideas en guiones prácticos, bien pensados y con buena narrativa.
  • Acompañar grabaciones
     puntuales cuando sea necesario.


¿A quién buscamos?

No exigimos años de experiencia ni un portafolio extenso, pero sí:

  • Conocimiento real y dominio de las herramientas.
    Es clave que sepas editar bien
    , si bien los videos son para redes sociales es importante que tengas
    buen ojo
    para lo visual, no es simplemente cortar espacios y agregar música, es importante que manejes las herramientas con soltura y puedas demostrar que sabes lo que haces. La herramienta que uses es lo de menos, Capcut, Premiere, DaVinci, desde que lo hagas bien.
  • Capacidad para ejecutar con criterio y seguir instrucciones.
  • Iniciativa, curiosidad y disposición para aprender.
  • Ganas de aportar más allá de tendencias y que quieras crecer con el equipo a largo plazo.
