We are seeking an experienced
IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Engineer
to join our global team. In this role, you will act as the
liaison between cloud architects, regional/local IT teams, and business stakeholders
. You will play a key role in helping application teams modernize their systems for
cloud-based deployments and modern authentication
.

Responsibilities

• Configure and install servers and software in complex IT environments.
• Monitor and manage server, storage, and network performance.
• Respond to infrastructure alarms and incidents with speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with server, storage, workstation, and application teams, with strong emphasis on
  security compliance

• Maintain accurate documentation, processes, and procedures.

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven hands-on experience
  in enterprise IT environments (or 5 years equivalent in a network-specific role).
• Strong knowledge of IT services and their relationships in complex infrastructures.
• Proficiency in
  Linux/Windows administration and scripting (DSC preferred)
  .
• Hands-on experience with
  AWS operations and infrastructure
  .
• Expertise with
  Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
  .
• Experience with monitoring/alerting tools (DataDog, Icinga, Nagios).
• Knowledge of
  Identity & Access Management (Azure AD)
  .
• Automation skills with
  Terraform, Ansible, Helm, DSC, Azure DevOps
  .
• CheckPoint Firewall management
  and solid networking expertise.
• Experience with software packaging and distribution.
• GitOps practitioner mindset
  .
• Advanced level of
  English
  (written and spoken).

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (with 2+ years experience).
