POSITION:

The Pure Barre Fitness Instructor will lead up to 20 participants through the Pure Barre experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Availability to teach a minimum of 5 classes per week (classes are offered early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Plan and prepare diligently before each class, including study of choreography and class planning prior to each class
• Learn full choreography changes on a quarterly basis
• Assist with keeping the study tidy
• Lift hand weights, demonstrate full body pushups, and maintain high-energy for 50-minute class is required

• Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others
• Ability and desire to build client relationships through outstanding customer service
• Active lifestyle, already living a health-centered life
• Dependable with a strong work ethic - natural willingness to go above and beyond
• Confidence to energetically command a room of 20 people
• Musicality - ability to keep rhythm and count to beat of music
• Background in dance, fitness, cheerleading or barre concept (ideal but not required)
• All instructors are required to complete a 4-day training at one of our corporate training centers, as well as significant 'at home' study and preparation for certification before being eligible to teach classes
• Minimum one-year commitment to teaching required before attending 4-day training

Un supervisor de gimnasio es responsable de garantizar el buen funcionamiento del gimnasio, incluyendo la gestión del personal, la supervisión de las actividades y la atención al cliente. Su rol implica asegurar un ambiente limpio, seguro y útil para los usuarios, así como también la supervisión y capacitación del personal.
Responsabilidades de un supervisor de gimnasio:
Gestión del personal:
Supervisar y coordinar las tareas del personal, incluyendo entrenadores, recepcionistas y personal de limpieza.
Atención al cliente:
Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente, respondiendo preguntas, resolviendo problemas y promoviendo un ambiente positivo.
Mantenimiento y seguridad:
Velar por la limpieza, el orden y la seguridad del gimnasio, asegurándose de que los equipos estén en buen estado y se sigan los protocolos de seguridad.
Desarrollo de programas:
Colaborar en la creación y ejecución de programas de entrenamiento y actividades grupales.
Control de inventario:
Gestionar el inventario de equipos y suministros, solicitando reposición cuando sea necesario.
Reporte de actividades:
Informar sobre el desempeño del personal, las quejas de los clientes y otras actividades relevantes a la gerencia o recursos humanos.
Habilidades necesarias:
Liderazgo: Capacidad para motivar, dirigir y supervisar al personal.
Comunicación: Habilidad para comunicarse efectivamente con el personal y los clientes.
Organización: Habilidad para planificar, organizar y priorizar tareas.

• Formación tecnóloga o profesional en áreas administrativas, artísticas, comerciales o relacionadas

• Disponibilidad de turnos

• Contrato a término indefinido directo con compañía
• Salario $1.900.000 a $2.100.000 + Aux. de transporte + Prestaciones + Comisiones por cumplimiento de meta + recargos y beneficios de compañía
• Horario: turnos fijos, los cuales rotan cada 3 meses (6am-2pm/2pm-10pm/10pm-6am)
• Labor de domingo a domingo con compensatorio en la semana
