En el Hospital Universitario Nacional de Colombia estamos en búsqueda de un Profesional en Enfermería para desempeñarse como enfermero asistencial en el servicio de Cardiología, específicamente en la realización de procedimientos no invasivos y en el manejo integral de la clínica de falla cardíaca. Se requiere experiencia mínima de 1 a 2 años en atención hospitalaria, preferiblemente en áreas cardiovasculares o servicios afines, brindando cuidado integral al paciente, ejecutando planes de atención, administrando tratamientos y apoyando en los procesos de promoción de la salud cardiovascular.
Contrato:
Directo con el Hospital.
Horario:
Lunes a Viernes de 7am a 5pm.

Job Summary
The Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) is a key role within our unique customer model to execute Bristol Myers Squibb’s aspiration to be the BioPharma company with the most impactful interaction with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), driving the adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary function of the TAS is to be responsible for the appropriate adoption of the assigned Bristol Myers Squibb cardiovascular portfolio and generate demand. To meet the expectations of HCPs, the TAS engages them through a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) via deep scientific dialogue.
The role builds and maintains strong professional relationships with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based healthcare professionals, acting as their primary point of contact.
The TAS partners with other Bristol Myers Squibb functions as needed to deliver a superior Customer Experience (Cx), addressing the needs of HCPs in a timely and scientific manner. This role prioritizes the safe and appropriate use of Bristol Myers Squibb products while focusing on overall commercial outcomes and performance goals, exemplifying the company’s values.
Key Responsibilities
- Promotion of Portfolio : Promotes approved indications of Bristol Myers Squibb products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales objectives.
- Scientific Dialogue : Demonstrates scientific expertise and passion by utilizing approved scientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs, ensuring medical accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborates proactively with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.
- Compliance : Complies with all laws, regulations, and policies governing Bristol Myers Squibb’s conduct.
Requirements and Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry as a health sales representative, MSL, HCP, or nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data in a convincing manner that helps physicians provide the best care for their patients.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, office staff, and other customer influencers, with a customer-centric mindset and desire to generate a positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
- Experience in cardiology/heart failure (desirable).
- Proven ability in account management, solid sales competencies, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team with a positive and collaborative attitude.
