Job Description

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst , you will lead integration efforts, optimize workflows, and enhance system architecture using tools like Workato, Salesforce, and NetSuite. You’ll support cross-functional teams by improving data quality, streamlining operations, and driving scalable solutions that power business growth across the organization.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 5+ years in a systems admin , integration developer ,or ETL-focused role.
  • Strong experience with Workato or other middleware/iPaaS platforms .
  • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and custom object design .
  • Experience with NetSuite SuiteBilling and/or Zone Advanced Billing .
  • Passion for data integrity and system scalability .
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.

Your Daily Tasks

Integration & Middleware Management

  • Own and maintain integrations across platforms using Workato and other iPaaS tools
  • Lead development, testing, and deployment of scalable workflows
  • Improve system architecture to streamline business operations

Data Management & Governance

  • Oversee data structure, quality, and lifecycle across business systems
  • Define and implement policies to ensure data integrity and usability
  • Partner with stakeholders to enable new data tracking and reporting capabilities

Salesforce & NetSuite Enhancements

  • Build and improve Salesforce flows supporting the customer journey (lead → close → renewal → churn)
  • Serve as the Salesforce expert for operational handoffs across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance
  • Manage subscriptions, invoicing, and payments using NetSuite SuiteBilling and Zone Advanced Billing

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and analysts to support internal business functions
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives focused on scalability and user experience

This position is needed to build extraordinary tools and solutions for our rapidly growing Go-To-Market teams.

The GTM Systems Operations is crucial for the success and scalability of our Go-to-Market efforts. We are the drivers of the system, process, and data improvements that unlock new possibilities across the Sales, Revenue Operations and GTM organization. The Sr BA, OLM will work within the Sales Automation team to support, build and maintain solutions for the opportunity lifecycle value stream.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with product owners, builders, and program managers to architect and manage solutions within Salesforce as well as adjacent technologies
  • Develop and maintain a holistic view of CRM-based processes and user personas to ensure your projects are compatible with upstream and downstream systems and processes
  • In partnership with the product owner and Technical Lead, Own projects end to end to improve the way our Go-To-Market and internal teams leverage Salesforce, Salesloft, DataCloud and ETL tools.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and balance project timelines from a diverse group of stakeholders with varying priorities and levels of technical acumen.
  • Engage in requirement gathering and stakeholder management for the prioritized work.
  • Partner with 3rd party vendors to implement new out of the box features and design custom solutions.

Job Description

We are looking for a senior-level SAP Hybris Business Systems Analyst with a background in technology or a related field. You will communicate with team members and partners, analyze requirements, and design solutions to meet those requirements. You will also be responsible for testing, implementing, and maintaining software applications to improve business processes.

You will report to the Commercial Operations Technical Leader.

Responsibilities:
  1. Work with multiple business partners, developers, project managers, and end-users.
  2. Analyze requirements and design solutions to meet them.
  3. Test, implement, and maintain software applications to enhance business processes.
  4. Develop an understanding of relevant business processes and their integration with other systems at Rockwell (including SAP-ECC, SAP-Commerce Cloud, Salesforce, and more).
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience with an API-based eCommerce business process.
  • 3 years of experience as an SAP eCommerce Business Analyst in a similar industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud and staying up-to-date with SAP technologies.
  • Ability to translate requirements into well-written user stories with acceptance criteria, using Gherkin (Given, When, Then) technique.

  • Responsible for designing, configuring, documenting, delivering, supporting, and testing SAP IBP (Demand/Response & Supply/IO), CPI (i.e. Order to Cash) to meet business requirements
