Piedmont Avenue Consulting, Inc. ( is a boutique marketing and business consulting firm seeking a Remote Full-Time Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant to join our team. This is a virtual position supporting our Silicon Valley/San Francisco-based operations.
You will work 8 hours a day between the hours of 8AM to 6PM PDT/PST , depending on project needs, weekly meeting schedules, and the time of year. The general expectation is Monday through Friday, with flexibility required based on client activity and deadlines.
We’re looking for someone who brings leadership, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility . You’ll manage projects , coordinate with team members and interns , and ensure client and internal work moves forward smoothly . This role requires someone who takes initiative, thinks critically , communicates clearly, and can even help train others—including clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists with day-to-day operations of team members, interns, and client projects to ensure consistent progress.
- Own project timelines : create tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress using internal systems.
- Manage the founder’s calendar , communications, follow-ups, and daily task prioritization.
- Communicate with clients as needed—join meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and ensure follow-through.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives such as social media campaigns, PR, and email marketing.
- Track sales leads , follow up with potential clients, and assist with business development efforts.
- Organize and promote company and client events (both virtual and live), including scheduling, marketing, and post-event follow-up.
- Help onboard, train, and manage new interns and team members , ensuring they’re aligned with company processes and expectations.

- Fluent in English with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Comfortable with video calls and professional virtual communication.

This full-time position offers a high level of involvement and visibility —you’ll work directly with the Founder and Chief Consultant, David Mitroff, Ph.D., on client work, team development, and business operations. In this role, you will learn about and interact with a wide range of companies and clients —from large technology companies to small startups in industries such as food, fashion, financial services, real estate, law, fitness, hospitality, cannabis, construction, and more. While we have clients worldwide, most are based in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Expect to be on video calls several hours a day , regularly sitting in on internal and client meetings. You’ll get hands-on experience working with every part of the business.
We also host both live and virtual events through and you’ll be actively involved in promoting and organizing those events as part of your role.
Primary Activities:
- Monitor and respond to emails throughout the day with professionalism and strong written English.
- Coordinate day-to-day tasks with team members and track their progress.
- Follow up with clients and leads via email and phone.
- Participate in internal and client meetings to ensure projects stay on track.
- Attend client meetings and shadow the founder to learn business consulting and marketing strategies.
- Assist with CRM, calendar, and inbox management (Google Workspace).
- Help train new interns and teammates on tools and processes.
Additional Activities:
- Write or edit blog posts, press releases, and newsletters.
- Assist with SEO tracking, analytics, and online brand presence.
- Support event marketing and logistics (virtual and live).
•Act as a brand ambassador for the company and clients.
- Help present tools or services to clients and walk them through processes.
- Occasionally assist in podcast, video, or marketing production.

The **OCM** **Consulting and** **Sales Lead** is part ACSM focused on consulting sales and customer delivery engagements across North and South America (Canada, LATAM, US). Your goal would be to significantly enhance sales, customer delivery engagements, and business outcomes. You will be responsible for driving business development and sales of ACSM consulting services in the Americas for customers who are transforming their culture, behaviors, and operations to effectively adopt and utilize Microsoft technologies, thereby achieving business value and their desired outcomes.

**Sales and Business Development**
+ Participate in executing the ACSM Americas sales strategy that aligns to the Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) and Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) priorities. Identify, qualify, lead, manage, and close ACSM cloud-related opportunities on prioritized accounts leading to documented customer business value and outcomes. Increase customer business value byremoving nontechnical blockers to drive advanced technology (e.g., AI) and consumption.
+ Proactively look ahead and identify actions required to develop ACSM opportunities that are aligned to the ACSM strategy and solution plays. Leverage business outcomes across 3 horizons as a point of view/roadmap for digital transformation. Follow the common sales and delivery methodology for Microsoft and provide updates and action plans per required Sales rhythms. Understand revenue drivers for other Microsoft business segments and align plans appropriately.
+ Build and strengthen relationships with Microsoft Consulting sellers, partner teams, account team, specialists, and pursuit and delivery teams, through regular rhythm of connections.

+ Collaborate with the Account Team and/or Bid Team to understand the business solution/problem. Drive agreement, based on the customer's priorities, requirements/constraints, approach, principles, concepts, and expectations. Build and document a realistically costed, advanced/complex Solution Approach with tradeoffs that balances risk to meet customer need.

The Business and Market Insights (B&MI) team is seeking a Senior Specialist, Regional Product Manager, to support our Payments Consulting and Business Intelligence business for Latin America and the Caribbean region. This role is accountable for increasingly and consistently placing our solutions, including strategy advisory and transactional data insights platforms, across customer segments and go-to-market strategies throughout the region.
Role
In this leadership position, you will:
- Ensure development and continuous improvement of product packages to address recurring client needs, regional priorities, and ensure attainment of B&MI revenue and margin targets.
- Co-create and drive go-to-market strategies for priority products across distribution channels including one-to-one sales, market-wide sales, network-linked sales, and partnership sales.
- Drive engagement and usage of our Business Intelligence platforms by internal and external stakeholders.
- Disseminate our main capabilities both internally and externally with engaging storytelling and data.
- Identify opportunities for improvement across sales and delivery lifecycle. Develop activities to increase customer engagement and foster positive experiences with B&MI solutions.
- Partner with regional and global teams to develop and deliver innovations to our markets.
All About You
The ideal candidate should:
- Have more than 4 years of experience in management consulting for financial services in Latin America. Experience of more than 2 years in business development or digital product management roles will be highly valued.
- Demonstrate high-level problem-solving, creativity, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrate Mastercard Way behaviors, necessary for effectiveness in cross-functional teams.
- Be fluent in English; fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is highly valued.
