+ Mantenerse actualizado sobre los últimos avances en procesos y TI para automatizar y modernizar sistemas
+ Realizar reuniones y presentaciones para compartir ideas y hallazgos
+ Realizar análisis de requerimientos
+ Documentar y comunicar los resultados de tus esfuerzos
+ Comunicar tus ideas y planes de manera efectiva a los miembros del equipo multifuncional y a la gerencia
+ Recopilar información crítica de reuniones con diversos stakeholders y producir informes útiles
+ Asegurar que las soluciones cumplan con las necesidades y requerimientos del negocio
+ Servir como enlace entre el cliente y los equipos técnicos
**Lo que necesitas:**
+ Licenciatura en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Computación, Sistemas o similares
+ 4 años de experiencia trabajando como Business Analyst Jr. en implementación de software
+ Habilidades avanzadas de Excel
+ Conocimiento de metodología Waterfall o Ágil
+ Documentación de procesos
+ Metodología Scrum es imprescindible
+ Habilidad para hablar inglés
+ Experiencia en banca o métodos de pago

Job Description

We are searching for the best talent for a Strategic Planning Director . This role may be located in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico or Chile.

The Strategic Planning Director leads the integrated business planning and S&OP family by leading other leaders and occasionally senior individual contributors, in a matrix environment and is accountable for meaningful career development conversations and regular coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

This leader designs (or participates in the design) of internal methods for integrated business planning/S&OP and directs processes and procedures that support business goals. Drives initiatives and oversees execution of timelines, approvals, and plans. Develops strategic initiatives based on best practices and serves as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Additional duties and responsibilities include:

  • Leads area processes for the organization's supply chain planning function, and ensures methods align with the overall business strategy.
  • Develops methodology for cross functional collaboration to drive the 5 steps of the S&OP/ IBP process (Portfolio Management Review, Demand Review, Supply Review, Integrated Reconciliation, and Management Business Review), through financial integration, focusing on demand plan valorization, inventory management and overall business target setting.
  • Delivers and is responsible for achieving business objectives including delivery, product growth, and product diversity. Leads projects to identify, research, and execute cost savings, recommend product improvements, and support new product opportunities.
  • Formulates organizational Integrated Business Planning policies, goals, and objectives based on best practices within the industry.
  • Responsible for managing operational aspects of their teams (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), as well as implementing workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
  • Proactively creates a purpose driven environment by aligning Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives with the strategies and goals of the team and enterprise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in integrated business planning, supply chain management, or related fields, with a strong background in strategic planning and leadership roles.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing senior-level professionals and teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Experience in budget management, performance analysis, and compliance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience in leading diverse teams and fostering collaboration across functions.
  • Change Management: Ability to drive organizational change and implement strategic initiatives effectively.
  • Fluent English (required), Native or Advanced Spanish and/or Portuguese (desired)
  • Up to % travel will be required
  • Since this position is eligible for Company Car as a working tool, it is also required:
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles.

    Key Responsibilities…

    ● Independently manage a portfolio of accounts on a month over month basis to minimize the overall delinquency rate to achieve target results set by Management

    ● Contact customers, via phone and e-mail, regarding their open invoices and billing disputes.

    ● Ability to identify issues causing delay in payment

    ● Ensure proper notes are documented in Oracle pertaining to the calls and efforts made to collect and resolve issue

    ● Maintain working partnership with District, Area, Division and Corporate teams

    ● When necessary escalate collection issues to Supervisor and/or Director

    ● Gain a comprehensive understanding of various Collections systems

    ● Knowledge and adherence to Iron Mountain policy and procedures – department and company standards

    ● Perform Collections Department projects as directed by management.

    Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced and experienced Process Improvement Leader to join our LCS Operational Excellence team. You will lead programs to improve processes, increase efficiency, and implement sustainable changes across our organization.

    The Process Improvement Leader will report to the Business Process Excellence Manager and support Lifecycle Services (LCS) in delivering on their targets by guiding change and implementing programs that reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance the customer and employee experience. Our projects aim to deliver yearly savings and lead long-term results.

    You will work in collaboration with a diverse team of Business Process Leaders and subject matter experts. You will also build relations with different departments to enhance visibility on main programs, ensure projects are prioritized, guide agreement, and meet main goals.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Process Improvement:
      • You will identify opportunities for improvement and lead process improvement programs from Define to Control
      • You will recommend improvements which increase efficiency based on data and facts
      • You will promote and apply best practices in process improvement and change management
    • Project Management:
      • You will define the project scope and outcomes
      • You will manage the project resources and risks ensuring the project delivers the projected benefits on time and on scope
      • You will maintain project plans by identifying deliverables, duration and risks.
      • You will lead meetings and create presentations on project progress
    • Quantify Results:
      • You will help deliver operational efficiency target. Use data skills to quantity project results in a simple and clear manner.
    • Foster Innovation:
      • You will support thinking by encouraging new ideas
    • Build Relationships:
      • You will develop cross-departmental relationships, foster collaboration and achieve project goals.
    The Essentials - You Will Have

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 5+ years of experience in project management. Experience managing complex projects with measurable outcomes.

    The Preferred - You Might Also Have

    • 2+ years of experience implementing continuous improvement and Lean programs.
    • Experience in process mapping, including the use of BPMN 2.0 for documenting business processes and identifying areas for improvement
    • Experience driving change within a large multi-partner business environment.
    • Identify opportunities, build business cases, and achieve agreement.
    • Understand and navigate complex processes, with a desire for improvement.
    • Experience engaging with senior leadership and department heads to gain support and agreement on projects.
    • Experience working across organizations to allow progress.

    • The D&S Business Operations team is a global team focused on ensuring that all of Data & Services can make data-driven decisions and operate effectively and efficiently. The team is charged with managing and adapting the policies, processes and platforms used across Data & Services.
    • The Operations Platform Associate Analyst will support the operational systems used across Data & Services.     • Provides first tier technical and process support directly for inquiries for Business Operation's platforms, to include support related to workflow, customer profiles, and record adjustments
    • Leads onboarding and training to business users to help drive increased adoption of functionality and productivity tools
    • Under general supervision, supports investigation and resolution of issues, concerns and requests
    • Conducts periodic Quality Control checks and Data Audits
    • Supports the Business Operations Solutions team in the daily management and maintenance of the operational systems used across Advisors
    • Supports platform maintenance and enhancements as defined in the operations roadmap for integration and improvements

    Salesforce System Expert with a strong help desk profile to support our global Salesforce environment. This role involves providing comprehensive support to service agents and end users, ensuring the platform operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience, with hands-on expertise in Salesforce, CPQ, and Oracle systems. Responsibilities include managing client contracts, overseeing automated billing processes, and acting as a liaison between technical teams and project managers. The candidate will also play a key role in identifying pain points, enhancing customer experience, and suggesting technical automations to improve Salesforce processes. Strong communication and soft skills are essential, as is the ability to function as a product owner and system expert within a dynamic, global scope.
