Tu próximos desafíos

El/la Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Leader de Global66, tendrá como principal objetivo atraer y garantizar el mejor talento para Global66, sumado al desarrollo del posicionamiento de la empresa como una de las mejores marcas empleadoras a nivel Latam (top of mind). El rol debe generar una “maquina” de hunting, capaz de hacer screening a miles de perfiles de personas que potencialmente nos gustaría que fueran parte de Global66, generar propuestas personalizadas que hagan sentir a esas personas únicas y valoradas desde el primer contacto que tengan con G66.

Dentro de sus principales desafíos se encuentran:

  1. Procesos de reclutamiento y selección:
    1. Realización de entrevistas por competencias a futuros socios de Global66.
    2. Entrega y negociación de cartas de ofertas a candidatos seleccionados.
    3. Definir procedimientos y políticas de los procesos de reclutamiento.
    4. Levantamiento de perfil con los Hiring Managers.
    5. Definir criterios de búsqueda y publicación de vacantes.
    6. Gestionar el funnel de candidatos mediante ATS.
    7. Asesorar a Hiring Managers en mejores prácticas de entrevistas.
    8. Envío de reporte diario y mensual de captación de talento incluyendo cada etapa del funnel, sugiriendo y aplicando mejoras para aumentar tasas de conversión.
      Envío de reporte mensual de personas contratadas en T-6 para evaluación de cofounders y CHRO.
    9. Seguimiento con distintos SHs de la evolución de los nuevos ingresos en Global66.
  2. Integración de AI en reclutamiento:
    Este es un cargo extremadamente apalancando con Artificial Intelligence (AI). Debe estar en constante búsqueda de aplicaciones de esta tecnología en cualquier aspecto del proceso que nos permitan maximizar la eficiencia y el resultado.
    1. Buscar, seleccionar y medir herramientas que permitan escalar la búsqueda de talento en Global66 e integrarlas en el proceso, lo que potencialmente incluye las siguientes etapas:
      1. Uso de AI-powered recruiting platforms (HireVue, SeekOut, Eightfold AI, LinkedIn AI Recruiter).
      2. Aplicar análisis predictivo de fit cultural y desempeño mediante AI.
      3. Aplicación de NLP para screening de CVs y descripciones de cargo (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc).
      4. Automatización de screening inicial y ranking de candidatos.
      5. Automatización de interacciones con candidatos mediante chatbots AI (Paradox, Olivia, XOR).
      6. Implementación de herramientas de AI generativa para aumentar volumen de sourcing inicial (AI-powered boolean builders, web crawlers, scraping de perfiles públicos, inteligencia de mercado automatizada).
      7. Uso de algoritmos de matching para identificar candidatos pasivos de alto potencial.
  3. Oferta de empleo:
    1. Negociación directa con candidatos finalistas.
    2. Coordinación con Compensación y Beneficios para la emisión de ofertas.
    3. Resolución de dudas previas a aceptación de la oferta.
  4. Employer Branding:
    1. Mapear y planificar todos los eventos en los diferentes países en donde G66 deba ser parte, tales como ferias laborales, alianzas universitarias y foros.
    2. Realizar alianzas con las mejores universidades de cada país de interés para conseguir el libro de egresados, ofrecer prácticas u otras formas de acceder a talento de manera temprana.
  5. Onboarding nuevos socios:
    1. Definición de procedimientos y políticas de onboarding.
    2. Ejecución de ingresos coordinados con los equipos internos.
    3. Gestión de kits de bienvenida.
    4. Desarrollo y seguimiento del Programa de Buddies.
    5. Análisis de experiencia de onboarding mediante AI (análisis de sentimiento, encuestas automatizadas).
  6. Reportería de indicadores:
    1. Consolidado de vacantes para CEO y CHRO.
    2. Análisis de reportería con alertas tempranas.
    3. Uso de analítica avanzada con AI para dashboards de gestión de TA & EB.
¿Qué buscamos?
  • Estudios universitarios en Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
  • +7 años de experiencia en reclutamiento.
  • +2 años de experiencia en Employer Branding.
  • Habilidades sólidas de comunicación y negociación.

  • Excel intermedio.

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Collateral & Event Design – Create event graphics, signage, sales one-pagers, pitch decks, print ads, and promotional materials that align with campaign objectives and resonate with end-users’ motivations and pain points.

Web & Landing Page Design – Own landing page wireframes and high-fidelity UI for websites, microsites, and conversion-focused landing pages; champion usability heuristics, accessibility, and friction-free flows.

Branding & Re-brand Initiatives – Lead visual discovery, mood boards, logo refinement, color/typography systems, and brand-style guides that authentically express a brand’s purpose and connect with its audiences.

Video & Motion – Storyboard, edit, and produce short-form video assets for product launches, event recaps, and paid social, always ensuring narrative clarity and emotional impact.

Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years professional design experience in an agency or in-house team.
Demonstrated expertise applying human-centered design frameworks (e.g., user journeys, JTBD, empathy mapping) to marketing challenges.
Robust portfolio showing:
Event & promotional collateral
Responsive website and landing-page design
Brand identity systems and re-brand rollouts
Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
Proven track record collaborating with cross-functional teams (strategy, dev, video, demand gen) under tight deadlines.
Fluency in design fundamentals—typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy—and how these drive both user satisfaction and business KPIs.

Bonus Points:
Motion graphics and video-editing chops (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci).
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to facilitate smooth hand-offs.
Experience designing for SaaS or high-growth tech companies.

Job Description

In this position, you will work closely with Latam Regional Marketers, collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Global CEO and Latam Human Resources teams, and partner with senior leadership, sales, and the offering team to craft and ensure all communication aligns with our corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute Vertiv Public Relations strategies for the Latam Region with the Regional PR Hub agency to proactively identify market communication opportunities, boost brand visibility, and grow the business pipeline.
  2. Manage the company’s social media strategy and employee amplification initiatives for the Latam Region.
  3. Research, develop, and implement internal and external communication strategies to build brand awareness and increase visibility.
  4. Collaborate effectively with content, creative, Latam marketers, and product marketing teams to assess project needs and opportunities that drive content creation.
  5. Oversee the workflow and assignments of the content writing team to ensure effective, consistent, and quality output.
  6. Ensure external content is optimized for SEO and readability.
  7. Identify and facilitate opportunities to share internal news and strategies from senior leaders with the global team.
  8. Maintain brand compliance and consistency across partners, distributors, and third-party agencies, and manage Vertiv collateral and web portals (public website, partner portal, and sales portal).
  9. Handle social media responsibilities effectively.
  10. Manage multiple assignments within deadlines while maintaining quality.
  11. Proofread and edit content written by yourself and team members.
  12. Write, translate, and research content for marketing campaigns across NA, EMEA, and China.
  13. Support product launch campaigns, including translating files, modifying specifications, and obtaining approvals from offering managers.
  14. Maximize the value and usage of Analyst Relations subscriptions as part of integrated communication efforts.
  15. Stay current with market trends, products, and service intelligence.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Seven or more years of experience in translation/content generation within a marketing communications environment or similar.
  3. At least 5 years of professional experience in Corporate Communications and/or Public Relations with a portfolio of published work.
  4. Minimum 2 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in high-tech industries.
  5. Experience supervising teams in graphic design, translation, marketing, or similar creative services, or project management experience.
  6. Proven leadership experience managing teams of 3+ people.
  7. Strong knowledge of digital platforms used by the company, including web content management systems, Eloqua, and Sprinklr.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
  9. Intermediate skills in layout and graphic design, with the ability to guide internal clients and designers.
  10. Experience with IT channels and the IT industry is highly desirable.
  11. Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint.

This role will be responsible for supporting the success of marketing campaigns through their life cycles, from strategy to execution (including insights and optimizations) to conclusion or evolution. This position will be a remote position in Bogotá.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Orchestrate a team of GCCM specialists, or subject-matter experts (SMEs), across an integrated corporate team to deliver against the identified opportunity. The senior program manager would lead and collaborate with SMEs to develop performance-driven campaign strategies and managing campaign activation and optimizations on a day-to-day basis
+ Serve as a point of contact for Medtronic's core businesses (Operating Units, or OUs), and building and maintaining a strong, integrated relationship between the OU and GCCM
+ Develop, execute, and socialize strategies that prioritize performance and outcomes. Importantly, this senior program manager is adept at surfacing the impact of a marketing campaign (e.g., conversion, ROI, brand lift, lead efficiency) to cross-functional team members, agency partners and business stakeholders
+ Plan, manage and project managing scopes, resources, timelines, and budget throughout a campaign's life cycle
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Fluent in English
+ Over 7 years of experience developing consumer marketing strategy and executing PESO, integrated marketing campaigns, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to direct-to-patient marketing
+ Direct-to-patient marketing is advantageous

Marketing & Client Communications Specialist (Hybrid – Bogotá, Colombia | 2–3 Days In Office)
Salary: COP $8,000,000/month (Labor Contract)

We’re looking for a skilled Marketing & Client Communications Specialist to support business development efforts, RFP responses, and client-facing presentations for a growing investment or financial services firm. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing and project management skills who can communicate complex ideas clearly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Client Presentations & RFP Support (80%)

  • Develop and manage PowerPoint presentations to communicate the firm’s value to clients and prospects
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, investor relations, compliance, and investment teams to create tailored content
  • Maintain timelines and version control using internal tracking tools
  • Translate complex financial or investment concepts into compelling, visually aligned presentations
  • Assist with RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, ensuring timely, complete, and accurate responses
  • Partner with compliance teams to ensure content meets regulatory requirements

Content Management & Coordination (20%)

  • Maintain and update internal content libraries and templates
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure messaging consistency across regions
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in client communications

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or financial services, preferably with exposure to RFPs or investor communications
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience with content management or CRM systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with investment management or financial concepts is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, finance, or a related field

Location & Contract

  • Hybrid role based in Bogotá, Colombia (2–3 days/week in office)
  • Labor contract (Contrato laboral)
  • Monthly salary: COP $8,000,000
