Associate Managing Consultant, Advisors & Consulting Services, Strategy & Transformation
Mastercard Data & Services provides cutting-edge data analysis and services to Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits to make multimillion-dollar business decisions and grow their organizations. Our Advisors Client Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard's rich data assets and in-house technologies to provide our clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Mastercard Advisors work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and finance.
The Advisors Client Services group has five specializations: Performance Analytics, Strategy & Transformation, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Project Management. Our Strategy & Transformation consultants lead customers through decision making, tackling strategic, operational, and transformational challenges across diverse topics including product, business drivers, loyalty, innovation, and more. You will apply a broad set of problem-solving techniques to improve clients' overall strategy, performance, and operations.

Client Impact
- Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across a range of industries and problem statements
- Contribute to/develop strategies and programs for large, regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value
- Manage working relationship with client managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner
Team Collaboration & Culture
- Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations
- Plan, organize, and structure own work and that of junior project delivery consultants to identify effective analysis structures to address client problems, synthesize analyses into relevant findings, and create impactful storylines
- Lead team and external meetings, and lead or co-lead project management
- Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development
- Grow from coaching to enable ownership of day-to-day project management across client projects, and mentor junior consultants
Qualifications
Basic qualifications
- Undergraduate degree work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management or product management
- Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders
- Logical, structured thinking and affinity for numerical analysis
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Able to communicate effectively in English and the local office language
- Eligible to work in the country where they are applying and for travel visas as required by travel needs
Preferred qualifications
- Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties
- Experience coaching junior delivery consultants
- Relevant industry expertise
- MBA or master's degree with relevant specialization (not required)

Piedmont Avenue Consulting, Inc. ( is a boutique marketing and business consulting firm seeking a Remote Full-Time Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant to join our team. This is a virtual position supporting our Silicon Valley/San Francisco-based operations.
You will work 8 hours a day between the hours of 8AM to 6PM PDT/PST , depending on project needs, weekly meeting schedules, and the time of year. The general expectation is Monday through Friday, with flexibility required based on client activity and deadlines.
We’re looking for someone who brings leadership, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility . You’ll manage projects , coordinate with team members and interns , and ensure client and internal work moves forward smoothly . This role requires someone who takes initiative, thinks critically , communicates clearly, and can even help train others—including clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists with day-to-day operations of team members, interns, and client projects to ensure consistent progress.
- Own project timelines : create tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress using internal systems.
- Manage the founder’s calendar , communications, follow-ups, and daily task prioritization.
- Communicate with clients as needed—join meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and ensure follow-through.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives such as social media campaigns, PR, and email marketing.
- Track sales leads , follow up with potential clients, and assist with business development efforts.
- Organize and promote company and client events (both virtual and live), including scheduling, marketing, and post-event follow-up.
- Help onboard, train, and manage new interns and team members , ensuring they’re aligned with company processes and expectations.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Comfortable with video calls and professional virtual communication.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.

La oportunidad.
Como parte de nuestros Servicios de Asesoría, tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar en equipo con una variedad de profesionales del equipo de Servicios de Asesoría Cuantitativos y con clientes para proporcionar servicios profesionales y participar de manera activa en nuestra práctica que crece día con día. Trabajarás en proyectos con clientes los cuales te ayudarán a profundizar y ampliar tus habilidades, y la vez obtener experiencias valiosas y satisfactorias. Con cada proyecto, podrás desarrollar tus habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y administración del cliente, así como fortalecer tus capacidades de resolución de problemas.
- Ejecutar proyectos de transformación para instituciones financieras.
- Apoyar en actividades de ejecución de proyecto (Benchmark, análisis intensivo de datos, presentaciones de resultados y de avances e informes)
- Investigar metodologías y buenas prácticas
Para calificar para este puesto, deberás contar con lo siguiente:
- Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de empresas, Economía, Finanzas Matemáticas o afines
- Experiencia mínima de un año en el sector financiero ejecutando proyectos de transformación de negocio.
- Indispensable nivel de inglés avanzado
- Conocimiento de la regulación y mejores prácticas en el sector financiero, modelos matemáticos y estadísticos para la gestión de riesgos.
- Deseables certificaciones en PMI, SaFE, Scrum Master
- Experiencia en Microsoft, programación, Python, R, Power BI.

- Apoyo en Propuestas Comerciales: Elaborar presentaciones y materiales para licitaciones, propuestas y procesos de venta consultiva.
- Participación en Proyectos de Consultoría: Realizar análisis de procesos, levantamiento de información, talleres y diseño de soluciones.
