Requisitos

• Nivel académico: Técnico, tecnólogo o estudiante desde 3er semestre en adelante de Sistemas o carreras afines.
• Experiencia:
• 1 año en soporte en sitio o call center + 6 meses en mesa de ayuda, o
• 2 años de experiencia en soporte en sitio.

Funciones

• Gestión y seguimiento en GLPI.
• Soporte de primer nivel.
• Atención y acompañamiento al usuario.

Condiciones laborales

• Horario:
• Lunes a sábado dentro de la franja de 6:00 a.m. a 10:00 p.m.
• Disponibilidad de 1 o 2 domingos al mes (46 horas semanales + recargos).
• Horario nocturno (10:00 p.m. a 6:00 a.m.) ocasional, según necesidad.
• Modalidad: Presencial en Puente Aranda (con posibilidad de movilidad entre sites).
• Contrato: Indefinido.
• Salario: $ % de comisión por cumplimiento de indicadores + prestaciones de ley (EPS, fondo de pensiones, cesantías, ARL, caja de compensación, prima).

Buscamos un Analista IT para unirse a nuestro equipo en Comercializadora de Servicios Financieros S.A.S. En esta posición, serás responsable de brindar soporte técnico y mantener los sistemas informáticos y de red de la empresa.

Tu papel será crucial para asegurar que todos los equipos y aplicaciones funcionen sin problemas, permitiendo una operación eficiente y segura. Entre tus responsabilidades principales se incluyen la asistencia técnica a usuarios finales, la resolución de problemas de hardware y software, la gestión de tickets de soporte, la actualización de sistemas y la implementación de soluciones de seguridad informática.
