Role Purpose
Lead the prospecting, activation, and commercial management of companies interested in operating international and local payments through our B2B solution. This person will play a key role in scaling our new business unit by attracting strategic clients (importers, wholesalers, fintechs, etc.) who need efficient and secure payment solutions focused on the Venezuelan and broader Latin American markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect companies with cross-border payment needs and present our value proposition.

- Implementar RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) con control de versiones, chunking, embeddings, permisos por rol y evaluaciones offline/online.
- Desarrollar un chat interno con contexto para CS/Ops con búsquedas veraces, citación de fuentes y enlaces directos.
- Automatizar workflows en Make/n8n/Zapier + scripts, garantizando idempotencia, reintentos y alertas.
- Exponer dashboards de impacto sobre métricas clave: deflexión de tickets, TAT, FCR, costo por respuesta, groundedness y precisión.
