Como Especialista en Salud Comunitaria, serás responsable de ejecutar actividades extramurales para la captación de usuarios en programas de protección específica y detección temprana.
Responsabilidades
- Ejecutar actividades extramurales para captar usuarios en programas de protección específica y detección temprana.
- Gestionar afiliaciones y autorizaciones de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos.
- Controlar el material del programa de demanda inducida incluyendo su solicitud y distribución a usuarios.
- Coordinar la gestión de informes de programas de promoción y prevención desde las IPS a Nueva EPS.
- Realizar visitas domiciliarias preventivas de salud incluyendo planificación ejecución y seguimiento.
- Capturar información de visitas domiciliarias y actividades de tamizaje diligenciando historias de salud familiar.
- Técnico auxiliar de enfermería o estudiante de enfermería.
- Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en roles similares.
- Conocimientos básicos en programas de salud pública y gestión de materiales.
- Habilidades en servicio al cliente y atención al detalle.
- Capacidad para planificar y ejecutar recorridos de visitas domiciliarias.

Un día en la vida de un Líder de Entregas:
Servicio al Cliente y Ventas: Proveer amigable, a tiempo y la mejor experiencia al cliente mediante entregas de "guante blanco" con un corazón de servicio . Completar los acuerdos de renta como sea requerido. Busca nuevos negocios al hacer telemercadeo y distribuyendo materiales impresos.
Manejo de Cuentas: Revisa cuentas vencidas y se comunica en persona o vía telefónica con clientes para promover pagos a tiempo, colecta pagos de clientes a tiempo y cumple con metas de colección de manera diaria/semanal. Completas llamadas de servicio al cliente a tiempo, de manera que son asignados.
Entregas & Pickups: Manejo de los vehículos y su mantenimiento; siguiendo las políticas y prácticas de la compañía en referencia al manejo seguro, y siguiendo las leyes locales y estatales para una operación segura de un vehículo. Proveer un excelente servicio al cliente en cada una de las entregas, y hacerlas a tiempo.
Merchandising: Mantener condiciones para renta y la tienda, vehículos y productos limpios y organizados pensando en los clientes y compañeros de trabajo mediante la regla de oro.
¿Cuáles son los requisitos?
- Diploma de High School o Equivalente
- Debe tener al menos 18 años de edad
- Licencia de conducir válida y un buen record choferil--Estarás conduciendo vehículos de la compañía

A day in the life of a Customer Account Representative:

Primary Duties
30% Brand: Provides supervision and supports the direction & planning of associates’ daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience which maximizes sales/KPIs and drives customer loyalty in assigned stores. Emphasis placed on both the in-store selling model and Omni-channel. Ensures all brand standards are met such as merchandising, POGs, marketing, back rooms, dress code, etc. Acts as main point of contact to resolve customer issues and concerns. Analyzes store trends and can anticipate customer demands.
30% People: Engages, trains and develops their teams to achieve positive results. Leverages internal hiring platforms and actively recruits to build strong network of external candidates to fill positions when required. Can identify strengths as well as opportunities for each associate and can effectively address by coaching or counseling. Holds team accountable to Company policies and expectations. Maintains positive associate relations by resolving associate concerns and keeping associates informed of relevant Company information. Builds strong working relationships with Store Manager peers. Maintains consistent and timely communication with AM/DM. Fosters an environment of diversity, inclusion and belonging.
30% Operations: Ensures execution of all company processes through training, management, analysis and continuous improvement. Ensures all processes to support digital strategies are utilized such as Omni-channel fulfillment (SFS/SDD/BOPIS).
Store Managers effectively manages inventory through ordering and shipment processing. Manages payroll hours to the needs of the business and schedules appropriately. Ensures all store opening and closing procedures are performed correctly. Timely and accurate follow through with Company directives, assignments & projects.
10% Safety/Loss Prevention: Ensures the store environment is safe at all times for associates and customers; all policies and procedures are followed and enforced. Responsible for protecting company assets by ensuring all inventory and cash control procedures are being followed in store as they relate to shrink, damages, banking, etc. Analyzes and utilizes all available reporting, tools and technology. Ensures stores are compliant with all HAZMAT training and execution.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred

What You Will Do
- Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality evaluation, control systems and protocols for materials being processed into partially finished or finished products. Working with product design and specification, devises testing plans, methods and equipment to assure reliability of product
- Collaborates internally to ensure quality standards are in effect.
- Develops proactive quality initiative strategies and drives their implementation.
- Performs Escape management procedures, root cause analysis, and recommends corrective action for design problems for internally produced products & processes.
- Recommends product engineering changes to satisfy quality issues raised by customers.
- Responsible for both Program and Product Quality Engineering.
- Responsible for development of new inspection technologies or methodologies to assure product conformance.
- Conducts/lead thorough investigations on issues in areas of responsibility. RTPR support on daily basis as required.
- Be a promoter and have full understanding of CPS tool that enable to coach others in the tool application and use
- Present summary of performance as well executive summaries, or when required full reporting, on different forums, including and not limited to: CAB Internal/interplant, Management and Business Reviews, Get to Green,
- Conduct Layered process Audit. Support Audits events of all sorts, as required.
- Reviews procedures and metrics that impact quality and makes recommendations to improve compliance with internal standards
- Provide comprehensive training in workmanship standards and techniques to ensure high-quality performance in manufacturing and monitor all employees certifications.
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Successful applicants are expected to become IPC certified instructors within 90 days of hire(training supported by Raytheon) to the following:
- IPC J-STD-001 Standard for Soldering
- IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 | Wiring Harness Manufacturer’s Association
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 Space Addendum
- IPC 7711/7721 – Rework, Mod, and Repair of Electronic Assemblies
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Previous experience working in the aerospace industry
- Experience using in computer applications, with a working knowledge of software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
- Knowledge of / experience in a Quality facing role
- Experience in a multi-responsibility organization.
- Quality certifications and experience with FAA and conformity processes is desirable.
- Experience with advanced quality and PPAP tools/processes
- ASQ CQE Certified (preferred)
- IPC electronic assembly standards knowledge (preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma (preferred)
- Experience in training management
- Read and interpretate blueprints, diagrams, and/or technical instructions.

- High School Diploma or equivalent

AutoZone's Full-Time Senior Retail Sales Associate drives sales through superior customer service by exceeding customer expectations and providing a WOW! Customer Service experience. While assisting customers, the Senior Retail Sales Associate will perform daily assigned duties and remain compliant with company procedures in accordance to AutoZone expectations by Living the Pledge every day.
Position Responsibilities
- Provides WOW! Customer Service
- Ensures assigned store tasks are completed in a timely manner on assigned shift
- Operates cash registers and follows established cash handling procedures
- Follows company policies and loss prevention procedures
- Maintains a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Maintains store appearance and merchandising standards as directed
- Ensures that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas
- Utilizes ZNET to help customers locate merchandise or find suitable alternatives
- Maintains product knowledge and current promotions through AutoZone systems and information sources
- Practices GOTTChA and assists with the installation of wipers blades, batteries and light bulbs
- Utilizes OBDII to read codes from customer’s automobiles
- Ability to diagnose automobile problems and recommend solutions
- Communicates with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters
- Actively engaged in developing more effective customer service skills
- Provides honest and trustworthy advice to customers regarding the best products that fit the customers’ expectations
