• Coaching a Product Owners, Product Managers y Scrum Masters.
• Formación en ceremonias ágiles y herramientas de Discovery & Delivery.

• Gestión de personas: selección, inducción, formación y desarrollo.
• Participación activa en iniciativas de bienestar y seguridad laboral.

Perfil que buscamos

• Profesional en carreras administrativas o afines.
• +5 años de experiencia como Scrum Master o Product Owner.
• Certificación como Scrum Master.
• Conocimientos avanzados en JIRA y gestión de proyectos ágiles.

Responsabilidades y atribuciones:

• Coordinar y liderar workshops, sesiones de co-creación y dinámicas participativas con stakeholders clave.
• Diseñar e implementar un plan de adopción y acompañamiento para asegurar la integración del modelo de gobernanza propuesto.
• Introducir y consolidar prácticas de gestión visual, tableros de seguimiento, métricas y mecanismos de mejora continua.
• Identificar y mitigar resistencias al cambio, fomentando el compromiso y la motivación de los equipos.
• Asegurar la trazabilidad de la evolución del proyecto desde el AS IS hacia el TO BE, incluyendo la validación de hitos del roadmap.
• Acompañar al cliente en la definición de MVPs que permitan probar y ajustar soluciones antes de escalar.
• Generar reportes claros y accionables para sponsors y líderes sobre avance, riesgos y resultados.

Requisitos y competencias:

• Formación académica:
  Administración, Ingeniería, Sistemas de Información o afines.
• +3 años liderando proyectos de transformación organizacional o digital.
• Experiencia demostrada como
  Agile Coach, Project Manager o Change Manager
  .
• Facilitación de workshops, dinámicas ágiles y sesiones ejecutivas.
