1 Cumplir de manera estricta con las citas de servicio técnico agendadas por los técnicos de soporte con nuestro cliente para ejecutar las revisión técnica. 2 Asegurar de manera efectiva y oportuna los seguimientos de los servicios técnicos realizados y/o que requieran otra visita y/o queden con pendiente para solucionar el servicio. 3 Soportar los requerimientos que el cliente externo pueda solicitar sobre el uso correcto de su sistema de seguridad electrónica. 4 Apoyar el departamento de mantenimiento realizando visitas técnicas personalizadas con el fin de corregir fallas técnicas que un sistema de seguridad electrónica pueda presentar. 5 Generar los informes técnicos adecuados, precisos y claros para que todo sistema electrónico de seguridad instalado y/o monitoreado por la compañía cumpla con los estándares de calidad establecidos por esta. 6 Administrar y el inventario de equipos y materiales asignados por la compañía para la correcta ejecución de la mano de obra asignada. 7 Administrar y gestionar la información técnica y personal de los sistemas de alarma y/o de nuestros clientes, suministrados por la compañía para ejecutar su trabajo. Cuidando y velando que su uso solo sea bajo los parámetros de seguridad y confidencialidad establecidos por esta y contenidos en la protección de datos de la ley colombiana.

Your Role:
As a Clerk, you will:
- Be responsible to handle the day to day roof and walls orders and delivers those orders ahead of time. Keep track and monitor own metrics and meet the daily minimum set quota of 32 points per day.
Essential Job Functions:
- One who measure roof and wall files making sure that it meet quality standards and due dates.
- Work on files that needs rework and or redo until it passed the Quality Control check.
- Communicates with Supervisor, team lead, QC, and FTO on files issues and concerns.
- Follow Standard Process such as GetNext and work on assigned task from Team lead.
- Encode and Track down metrics progress in team shared sheet.
- Coordinates with other site Measuring technician, FTO and Team lead regarding complex files (if they have the same sitemap or similar files)
- Must know how to use basic MS excel.
- Must follow RH rules and regulation
- Must be aware of Improvement plan / house rules and regulations

Position Summary:
At TransPerfect, the Billing and Collections team is responsible for ensuring that invoices are paid within agreed payment terms, following the best billing practices specific to both the Client and the company, working at pace to resolve any invoice issues.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic, close-knit team of professionals who work closely with Sales, Accounts Receivable, Management and our Clients, building strong relationships via phone, email and other channels.
Position responsibilities:
- Provide knowledgeable and professional advice to Sales, Clients and more junior team members regarding Collections matters
- Manage the assigned Collections workload and relationship between assigned Clients, Sales, and Accounts Receivable, with the goal of reducing the amount of money each Client has outstanding while still maintaining excellent Client relationships
- Build and expand upon detailed Client payment ‘best practices’ pages on the company intranet for assigned accounts
- Communicate with Sales regarding Billing & Collections policies, and ensure that they are properly billing Clients so invoices will be paid in a timely manner
- Communicate with Department Managers and Sales regarding trends, concerns and Client requests, making recommendations for improved efficiencies and accountability
- Respond to Client inquiries and requests (e.g., executed W-9 forms, vendor agreements, bank details, etc.).
- Complete all other tasks and support in any special projects, that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
Essential qualifications and experience required:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or other relevant qualification in credit control, debt management, etc.
- Between 1-2 years of previous experience in a Billing, Collections/Credit Control facing role
- Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word & Excel (data analyzing and management formulas and functions like SUMIF, AVERAGEIF, COUNTIF, INDEX.MATCH, VLOOKUP, Pivot table, Conditional Formatting)
Essential skills required:
- Superior written and spoken communication skills in English with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely to all internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Self-motivated able to set and pursue goals, reliable and willing to take ownership and responsibility and demonstrate dedication and diligence in all tasks

What we’re looking for- Technical Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telematic Engineering, or related disciplines.
You have 1-2 years of full-time technical work experience as a software engineer or self-taught candidates with proven practical skills and completed projects are encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of networking and web architecture.
Proficiency in architectural styles like REST.
OOP principles include SOLID, design patterns, and refactoring.
Database expertise:
SQL fundamentals.
ACID principles (locks, normalization, transactions).
Concurrency knowledge: Parallelization, asynchronicity, race conditions, and deadlocks.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Spring).
Ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure APIs.
Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.

You may receive a real-world challenge or case study to complete. This is a chance to showcase your expertise and how you approach key problems relevant to the role.Step 5: Product Deep Dive Interview (30 min)
A conversation with your Product Manager to discuss product strategy, technical trade-offs, and collaboration. Be ready to showcase how your design decisions and product delivery align with business and user needs.
Step 6: Co-Founder Interview (30 min)
If there’s a strong match, you’ll have a final conversation with our Founder to align on expectations, cultural fit and ensure mutual excitement. From there, we’ll move quickly to an offer and discuss next steps.
