, you play a key role in validating the quality of our complex, large-scale applications—solutions that power digital transformation for our clients. With a strong eye for detail and a commitment to precision, you ensure that our software meets the highest standards before it reaches users.

Your Team
You will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary product team focused on delivering value to our clients. Alongside that, you join our international
Test Team
, a group of 17 passionate professionals based in the Netherlands, Curaçao, Suriname, Colombia, Poland, and Canada. This team fosters continuous learning and shared standards that raise the quality of testing across Blyce.

Buscamos un profesional que asegure que cada release de la empresa llegue a producción con calidad verificable, segura y medible, elevando la velocidad de entrega y protegiendo la experiencia y conversión de los clientes. Que orqueste una práctica de QA moderna, basada en automatización robusta (UI, API, contratos, performance y seguridad), gestión por riesgo y observabilidad del negocio (viajes, funnel transaccional y pagos), incorporando de manera responsable la inteligencia artificial generativa y promoviendo la innovación continua en procesos de calidad para acelerar el time-to-market con confianza y escalabilidad.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos:

  • Automatización de pruebas y frameworks: diseño y ejecución de pruebas automatizadas con herramientas modernas de QA.
  • Lenguajes de programación y stack de desarrollo: conocimientos en lenguajes y entornos de desarrollo relevantes al SDLC.
  • Prácticas de ingeniería de calidad: implementación de estándares de calidad, code review, cobertura de pruebas y aseguramiento de entregables.
  • Observabilidad y métricas de negocio: uso de herramientas para monitoreo de aplicaciones, KPIs de negocio y métricas como SLA, NPS y DORA.
  • Seguridad y cumplimiento: aplicación de buenas prácticas OWASP, cumplimiento de normativas ISO 27001 y PCI DSS.
  • CI/CD y DevOps: integración de pipelines de entrega continua y colaboración en entornos DevOps.
  • Inteligencia Artificial y automatización inteligente: uso de IA generativa y herramientas de automatización para optimizar testing, documentación y procesos de calidad.
  • Gestión de herramientas colaborativas y reporting: experiencia en Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence y generación de reportes de calidad y progreso.

  • Certificación ISTQB.

Herramientas de trabajo del cargo:

  • Azure DevOps: gestión de los casos de prueba, despliegue de ambientes, herramienta para la gestión de tareas y seguimiento del trabajo.
  • Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Planner, Loop).
  • Mabl: aplicación automatización de pruebas.
  • MongoDB: consulta bases de datos documentales.
  • BrowserStack: uso de pruebas mobile.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar y liderar la estrategia integral de QA y automatización (shift-left, risk-based): definir estándares, metodologías y prácticas de QA basadas en riesgo, con enfoque en automatización de regresión y validación temprana.
  • Gobernanza de releases y quality gates en CI/CD: orquestar quality gates, políticas de aprobación y métricas de calidad continua para asegurar releases confiables.
  • Observabilidad de experiencia del cliente y desempeño del funnel: monitorear indicadores de negocio críticos (reservas, pagos, UX) desde QA para proteger la conversión y satisfacción del cliente.
  • Seguridad continua y cumplimiento (PCI/ISO27001/OWASP): integrar validaciones de seguridad y cumplimiento regulatorio directamente en el pipeline de QA.
  • Gestión de datos de prueba y entornos: asegurar datos y ambientes estables y reproducibles para minimizar fricciones en QA.
  • Adopción de IA generativa en QA: implementar IA para generación, mantenimiento y priorización de pruebas, asegurando calidad y reducción de esfuerzo.
