• Participar en todas las fases del diseño de productos de alto impacto, desde el análisis del requerimiento hasta su posterior desarrollo Cross Fintech.
• Participar en la definición de proyectos y velar por la implementación de buenas prácticas dentro del equipo.
• Identificar y proponer mejores prácticas de desarrollo, definiendo proyectos, revisando y probando código, implementando documentación y realizando mantenimiento continuo.
• Velar por la eficiencia y cobertura de tests unitarios y de integración, garantizando la calidad técnica de los desarrollos y minimizando el costo operativo de las soluciones productivas.
• Diseñar arquitecturas escalables y cross para su reutilización, comprendiendo e implementando diseños en sistemas distribuidos de alto tráfico y velando por la evolución técnica del producto.
• Aportar al fortalecimiento técnico del equipo, asegurando el correcto diseño e implementación de las iniciativas y elevando los estándares de calidad.

¿Qué buscamos en vos?

• Poseer conocimientos sólidos en Go, y experiencia construyendo APIs REST con Java o Go.
• Contar con conocimientos en conceptos básicos de tráfico, balanceadores de carga, circuit breakers, SSL, microservicios y patrones de diseño.
• Tener experiencia en modelos ágiles como Scrum y Kanban, así como en monitoreo y observabilidad con herramientas como Datadog y New Relic.
• Haber trabajado con bases de datos SQL y NoSQL, herramientas de integración continua como Jenkins y Git, y contar con conocimientos deseables en AWS.
