What You’ll Do

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you’ll work directly with our Social Media Marketing Manager , content creators, and strategists to build and manage standout campaigns that engage, inform, and convert.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Strategy & Planning
  • Collaborate on custom social media strategies tailored to client goals

  • Align campaigns with brand voice, audience interests, and industry trends

️ Content Creation & Scheduling
  • Write clear, engaging captions and calls to action in fluent, professional English

  • Source, curate, and schedule content using tools like Canva , Photoshop , or Illustrator

  • Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and visual appeal across platforms

Community Engagement
  • Manage daily interactions with followers across multiple client accounts

  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely, friendly, and brand-appropriate manner

Analytics & Optimization
  • Monitor performance using tools like Sprout Social , Cloud Campaign , or Hootsuite

  • Report on KPIs like engagement, click-throughs, and conversions

  • Use data (and AI tools!) to refine strategies, identify trends, and boost ROI

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 0–2 years of experience in social media marketing, graphic design, or content creation

  • Fluent written and verbal English skills

  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling ability

  • Proficiency with Canva and basic Photoshop (or similar design software)

  • Reliable time management and task organization

  • A proactive, collaborative, and positive attitude

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience managing multiple social media accounts or clients

THE ROLE

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • C1/C2 English writing and speaking skills
  • At least 1 year of experience of proven experience managing social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Strong writing and communication skills with a creative flair
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
  • A quiet home office with a desk and office chair
  • Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed
  • A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone

What you’ll do as a Social Media and Marketing Consultant Expert:

  • Create content in different formats for the client. If you have experience as a Creative in digital or similar fields, you are applying to the right position.
  • Provide trends and insights to develop overall process improvements and make recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements.
  • Review company profile to understand its marketing needs.
  • Identify effective marketing campaigns that will reach targeted audiences effectively.
  • Implement a marketing strategy according to objectives.
  • Design, manage, and create original high-quality content for our clients.
Requisitos

Who are you?

  • A Portuguese, English, and Spanish speaker (B2) level 80%.
  • An empathetic, responsible, and proactive person.
  • Someone who has multi-tasking skills and the ability to solve any situation.
  • Requires a deep understanding of marketing, content creation, and social media.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a content creator, marketing on Social Media, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of programming languages.

THE ROLE

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • C1/C2 English writing and speaking skills
  • At least 3 years of experience of proven experience managing social media platforms and creating digital marketing strategies
  • Strong writing and communication skills with a creative flair
  • A quiet home office with a desk and office chair
  • Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed
  • A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone
  • Access to a backup place of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.)

  • Starting payment rate: $5/hr (approx $840-880/month)
  • Ongoing pay increments at each work anniversary
