Job DescriptionAs part of the Market Intelligence team, you’ll play a foundational role in shaping how our organization understands the market landscape. Your work will directly inform strategic planning, innovation, and customer engagements across global and regional teams. From tracking emerging trends and new competitors to supporting high-priority initiatives, your insights will help teams move from information to action.
You’ll Contribute To- Global and regional market reporting
- Customer and category strategic planning
- Category and packaging innovation tracking
- Executive-level communications and business reviews
- Data Collection & Analysis: Assist in collecting and cleaning complex data from various internal and external sources (e.g., Euromonitor, IWSR, Mintel, company data); analyze market size, sales, share, growth, pricing, and distribution trends to support category and packaging strategy; conduct desktop research to monitor industry developments, customer and competitive intelligence, emerging products, customers and brands, and consumer trends.
- Insights Development: Summarize research findings in clear, visually engaging formats (PowerPoint, infographics, dashboards); translate data into actionable insights for business stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Innovation, and Strategy teams; support the dissemination of insights across the organization via collaboration platforms; support development of dashboards, scorecards, and reports using tools like Excel and Power BI.
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business questions and deliver relevant analyses; help maintain and evolve recurring reporting tools, templates, and trackers; conduct other ad hoc analyses and administrative duties as required by stakeholders.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, research, statistics or relevant fields.
- Minimum of 2+ years related work/internship experience.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with basic statistical methods and calculations (e.g., CAGR, market share, growth rates).
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving and insight-finding.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a cross functional, fast-paced environment.

About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)

What you will be doing at Evalueserve
- Researching for news, financial data, company presentations of companies under analysis. Participating in earnings calls and investor relations calls.
- Analyzing strengths and weaknesses of companies based on industry, business and financial risk. Creating and maintaining Microsoft Excel-based financial models which include forecasting and benchmarking companies on financial and operating metrics, such as, industry research, capital structure analysis, peers’ comparison, relative valuation and recovery analysis.
- Conduct extensive company valuation using DCF, market-based valuation using multiples. Updating financial models and client’s databases on a regular basis including earnings season. Building and forecasting financial statements of companies.
- Writing financial reports and presentations in English.
- Preparation of information memoranda, company profiles (one-pagers and deep dive), Industry overviews, management presentations, deal tombstones, pitchbooks, due diligence decks.
What we’re Looking For
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in areas such as credit / equity research or investment banking advisory or private equity. •
- Graduate from business administration, finance, economy, accounting or equivalent. Desirable: CFA Level 1, master’s in finance.
- Experience in the market of technology companies is desirable.
- Knowledge of financial statement analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills for financial modeling and quantitative data analysis (working with Excel). Very good level of Excel (VBA / programming not required).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based multicultural environment. Strong communication is a must for interaction with US/Europe based clients and with other centers of Evalueserve.
- Attention to detail with the ability to ensure high quality of deliverables and problem-solving skills. Ability to organize and manage overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes. Flexibility to work as per client schedule and workload requirements.
- Guide, mentor, and train junior analyst on the job.
