In addition to relationship management and negotiation experience, this position requires critical thinking, creativity, project management, and execution skills as you'll be called upon to conceive and drive major partner initiatives while working cross-functionally with our product, tech and business operations teams.

How Be an owner
  • Manage strategic partnerships with partners, of all shapes and size.

  • Develop and adapt partnerships and business development strategies to meet minka’s goals.

  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering leaders to define priorities and roadmaps and execute on the strategy for initiatives with strategic partners.
  • Serve as the relationship manager for our current existing agreements. Help realize and optimize value from these partnerships while building effective long-term relationships.
  • Play an integral role in driving our business development strategy for partners, by identifying key opportunities and potential leads.
Who
  • 7+ years of experience in business development or partnership management within FinTech landscape, with previous experience negotiating with the financial partners in Colombia and the region.
  • Have extensive experience in selling technical financial products across LatAm.
  • Motivated, proactive, and confident individual contributor who can thrive in a dynamic (read chaotic) environment. You maintain composure in high pressure and ambiguous situations. Ready to dive-in and get your hands dirty.
  • Be knowledgeable about the Colombian payments and banking landscape and have key relationships in the region.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Adapt at understanding and contributing to conversations with colleagues in technical functions around product specifications.

The successful Account Executive will have a strong focus on the retail Forex industry but must also be able to serve Tradeview’s other markets. Qualified individuals will be selling a broad range of financial products and services to a diverse international client base and will have their own book of clients. Previous industry experience is a must.

Minimum Qualifications
  1. Drive to succeed.
  2. Willing to travel.
  3. Sales skills and previous experience in the Forex, CFD or Financial Industry is a must, preferably someone with the book of Foreign Introducing Brokers, Money Managers, and customers.
  4. Knowledge/Skills/Competencies are required as well as a minimum two years of experience.
  5. Ability to thrive in a challenging and collaborative sales environment that is fast-paced and subject to frequent change and to work effectively as a member of a team and share best practices, as well as a strong individual contributor.
  6. Knowledge of the organization's operations, products and services.
  7. Established skills with software used (PowerPoint, Windows, and customer relationship management software) on a day-to-day basis.
  8. Keeping abreast of the industry, the competition, and related products.
  9. Self-disciplined, self-motivated - requires minimum supervision, well organized with good follow-up skills.
  10. Stay on top of the local and national economy and financial markets activity.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Knowledge of and established relationships within the forex industry
  2. Knowledge of traditional as well as contemporary B2B sales tactics and strategy.
  3. A deep understanding of the industry’s issues, a vision for its growth and a commitment to advance Tradeview Forex strategies within the marketplace

Position: Business Development Analyst
Location: Remote, Chile, Colombia or Mexico

The Company:
Volaris Group acquires, manages, and builds software companies in a variety of vertical markets, enabling them to be clear leaders in their industries. Volaris is an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., a Canadian company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (CSU.TO).

The Position:
The Business Development Analyst will be responsible for sourcing new acquisitions, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and performing deal origination activities related to vertical market software businesses in Latin America and Iberia. A successful candidate for this role will have relevant experience in business development (including sourcing, cold-calling, pitching) with an interest in M&A. This role is ideal for someone who has entrepreneurial spirit and high integrity, is very detail-oriented and structured, and has a proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be a native Spanish speaker.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Identify vertical market software businesses that meet our acquisition criteria.
  2. Add new prospects to our proprietary database of industry contacts and continuously manage the pipeline.
  3. Plan, develop, and conduct prospecting campaigns through LinkedIn, email, calling, attendance at trade shows, and in-person meetings.
  4. Engage owners, shareholders, and other stakeholders in meaningful dialogue.
  5. Support the M&A team in qualifying potential company targets.
  6. Track activities and maintain relevant information in Salesforce.
  7. Generate and report on leads, set up qualified appointments, and move opportunities through the M&A pipeline to our deal team.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong academic history in a top tier university.
  2. Strong commercial and business sense.
  3. Good knowledge of finance and financial modeling.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively with owners, executives, and advisors.
  5. Must be self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
  6. Must be a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
