- Apoyar en los ajustes y optimizaciones necesarias en campañas ya implementadas en Google Ads, Bing Ads y otros canales, garantizando su correcta ejecución según los lineamientos indicados.
- Recopilar y registrar datos solicitados por la compañía, asegurando que la información sea precisa y se respete el formato establecido.
- Realizar seguimiento de los ajustes implementados en las campañas, con el objetivo de reducir el margen de error y asegurar que los ajustes se cumplan correctamente.
- Generar reportes e informes sobre el desempeño de las campañas, cuando sean requeridos por el jefe inmediato y/o superiores.
- Estudiante o graduado/a en Marketing, Comunicación, Publicidad o afines.
- Conocimientos básicos en plataformas de publicidad digital como Google Ads y Bing Ads.
- Capacidad de análisis y seguimiento de campañas.
- Atención al detalle, organización y capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
- Buena comunicación y disposición para aprender y mejorar constantemente.

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a talented SEO Manager to join our remote team. This role is also commonly referred to as an SEO Lead, SEO Strategy Manager, Search Marketing Manager or Senior SEO Manager, depending on your background and industry experience.
This role requires a strong mix of technical SEO knowledge, content strategy leadership, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
What Will You Do?
- Own and lead SEO strategy for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
- Conduct high-level SEO audits and delegate implementation tasks to SEO Specialists and other team members.
- Oversee and refine keyword strategies, on-page optimization plans, and backlink profiles.
- Collaborate with the content team to guide SEO-focused content strategy, ensure copy quality, and identify opportunities to grow rankings and conversions.
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other tools; deliver actionable insights and monthly reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with project managers, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented site-wide.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an SEO Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a relevant field.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Deep understanding of SEO (technical, on-page, and off-page).
- Google Analytics Certified.
- Proficient in industry tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
- Very high attention to detail.
Work Timings:
- 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday-Friday). Fully remote .

We are currently seeking an experienced, multi-talented, and creative Digital Marketing Manager to help grow our digital presence while achieving increased market share, brand visibility, and branding consistency across all channels. This position will be responsible for developing a combination of digital marketing strategies and growth-hacking techniques. You will be responsible for optimizing and managing all SEO and PPC activities, such as link building, campaign management, copywriting, conversion tactics, campaign ROI, plus keyword research planning and optimization, content strategy, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
Results expected include increased market share, improved brand positioning and visibility, the development and execution of effective marketing strategies and campaigns, effective budget management, campaign tracking, and comprehensive reporting. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified candidate seeking growth and proven success. Agency experience is not required but certainly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
·Build and maintain strong search campaigns to increase online presence
·Monitor, analyze, and report SEO / PPC progress reports
·Manage PPC campaigns on Google and Bing to maximize ROI
·Manage campaign expenses to remain within budget through performance analysis and bid optimization
·Collect and analyze data, identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
·Research and analyze competitors' ads
·Maintain website and landing pages
·Monitor the site in Google Search Console
·Proofread and edit all content for grammar and accuracy according to company guidelines
·Research industry-specific topics and create engaging, Search Engine Optimized blog articles based on established keywords
·Develop and implement SEO-based content strategies leveraging social media content performance and mentions.
·Analyze competitor SEO status and strategize opportunities for improvement
·Optimize copy and landing pages for maximum conversions
·Develop unique social media and posts specific to varying platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
Job Requirements:
·3+ years of digital marketing experience with a heavy emphasis on paid search management
·Experience with Facebook and LinkedIn advertising is a bonus.
·Knowledge of the digital marketing industry, trends, and new developments.
·Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
·Demonstrate an ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions, and use sound judgment.
·Experience with conversion tracking
·Goal-oriented, proactive, and internally driven with a bias for action and problem-solving
·Able to manage workload, deadlines, and personnel effectively, including continuously changing priorities

What You’ll Learn:
This role will expose you to various marketing channels, helping you develop a strong foundation in performance marketing. Depending on the projects you work on, you may gain experience in:
- Paid Social : Learn how to create and manage paid social campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, focusing on targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis to drive engagement and conversions.
- Paid Search : Understand how to create and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and bidding strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Programmatic : Gain insight into programmatic advertising, including working with demand-side platforms (DSPs) to buy display, video, and native ads at scale, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Email Marketing : Learn how to craft compelling email campaigns, segment audiences, and optimize performance through testing and automation.
- Affiliate Marketing : Understand how brands collaborate with partners to drive traffic and conversions through commission-based strategies.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) : Gain insights into optimizing website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
- Influencer Marketing : Explore how brands collaborate with influencers to build awareness, drive engagement, and generate conversions.
- Retail Media : Discover how brands advertise on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, etc.) to increase product visibility and sales.
Some duties will include and are definitely not limited to:
- Work with a diverse portfolio of clients to support their marketing efforts.
- Communicate with clients via email and meetings, ensuring alignment on strategy and performance goals.
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams to design and execute marketing strategies.
- Produce meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and deliver performance reports with actionable insights.
- Analyze cross-channel performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Support A/B testing, consumer research, and data-driven decision-making to enhance campaign performance.
- Assist in implementing best practices and proprietary technology to optimize marketing strategies.
- Provide creative and copy recommendations based on historical performance data.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., conditional statements, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Full professional proficiency (written and spoken) in English.

As a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist , you will be in charge of creating and executing marketing strategies focused on brand communication through social media, digital, maintaining ASUS.com website, and producing rich content for retail websites. Support the maintenance and positioning of the eCommerce as the main channel for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy (50%) - Develop and implement dynamic strategies across multiple platforms (CO, EC, NX).
- Paid Media (20%) - Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- eCommerce & eShop (10%) - Maintain and position the eShop as a key brand channel.
- CMS - Official Site Management (10%) - Manage and update ASUS.com, ensuring brand alignment.
- Reports & Others (10%) - Track key KPIs and provide strategic insights.
What You'll Do:
- Create and execute social media campaigns with high-impact content.
- Collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and internal teams to expand reach.
- Manage digital advertising strategies and analyze campaign performance.
- Optimize website content and eCommerce platforms.
- Stay ahead of trends and drive brand growth through innovation.

Requirements:
Experience: 4-6 years, preferably in the technology sector.
Languages: Advanced English (B2+).
Skills: Analytics, Google Ads, Google Trends, SEO, social media strategy, HTML knowledge, eCommerce marketing support.

What You Will Do:
You will be responsible for organizing, managing, and overseeing projects and initiatives in Marketing technology and lead management operations. You will collaborate with LATAM and Central Digital Marketing teams to ensure technology platforms meet business requirements while adhering to standardization and industry best practices.
How You Will Do It:
- Organize, manage, and oversee projects and initiatives in Marketing technology & lead management operations.
- Work with LATAM and Central Digital Marketing teams to ensure technology platforms are able to meet business requirements while incorporating standardization and industry best practices.
- Review and support analysis of marketing funnel activities to guide performance improvement strategy and optimize flow through to sales organization.
- Ensure end-to-end tracking and reporting capabilities are present throughout the business unit’s key technology platforms.
- Work closely with sales and marketing leaders to monitor all projects fueling demand generation, funnel performance, identify reporting gaps and cleanse data as required.
- Test and support data ingestion and outputs for all programs/campaigns, including Salesforce lead creation and reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with IT, CRM, and Digital Marketing to make appropriate updates to our CRM based on best practices, business, and marketing needs.
- Build and maintain knowledge of existing internal systems, capabilities, teams, and resources, combined with strategic ideation, internal and external research, and knowledge of industry standards.
- Pursue ongoing education of industry knowledge, best practices, and trends as it pertains to operations, marketing automation, and campaign management.
What We Look For:
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, along with proven project management skills and experience working in an international collaborative setting. Experience in Power BI and B2B marketing is essential. Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory.
