We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Senior B2C Sales Team Leader to lead our LATAM team in selling our product across the Latin American market.

About the team

Our sales agents are based throughout LATAM and speak Spanish, but English is essential for internal communication with our marketing and operations teams.

What you will do
  • Hit the team sales quota by leading a team of up to 12 sales specialists.
  • Hire, onboard, motivate and control the performance of your sales team.
  • Together with Head of Sales and the Sales Country Manager implement changes in the workflow.
  • Conduct group trainings and individual coaching sessions for the team members.
  • Hit the team sales goals for the LATAM market.
  • Ensure all processes and regulations are followed by the team members (lead processing in CRM, proper usage of the script).
  • Provide reports on the team performance.
Requirements
  • Spanish language proficiency.
  • English proficiency(B1/B2).
  • Telemarketing or B2C sales experience (3+ years).
  • Sales management experience (3+ years).

Propósito y relevancia general para la organización:

Responsabilidades clave:

- Apoya las operaciones comerciales de la tienda y las personas como un tercero a cargo cumpliendo el rol de gerente a cargo en caso de que el Gerente de Tienda y el Subgerente de Tienda estén ausentes para garantizar la gestión y supervisión de la tienda asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio de adidas.
- Colabora con el logro de los KPI de la tienda como CR (Conversion Rate / Tasa de Conversión), ATV (Average Transaction Value / Valor Promedio de Transacción), ASP (Average Selling Price / Precio Promedio de Venta), UPT (Unit per Transaction / Unidad por Transacción), Tráfico, Margen Estándar, NPS (Net Promoter Score) y garantiza que el equipo los conozca, conozca cómo contribuyen y hace sugerencias de los ajustes necesarios para impulsar la productividad y la eficiencia a nível de servicio y piso de ventas.
- Contribuye al cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la tienda para mantener un ambiente laboral y de compras seguro y apoya la capacitación del equipo para asegurar los estándares de adidas y reducir los riesgos.
- Supervisa y da soporte en las diferentes tareas de la tienda (ej., Caja, almacén, ventas), ejecutándolas junto con el equipo si es necesario, para asegurar la operación de la tienda y el servicio al cliente.
- Como líder a cargo, apoya en la ejecución del uso adecuado de los recursos disponibles de la tienda, optimiza la programación del personal, minimiza y controla las pérdidas de inventario, y minimiza y controla eficientemente todos los gastos generales operativos bajo la responsabilidad del equipo gerencial de la tienda, para impactar positivamente la rentabilidad de la tienda.

Overview

Title: Team Leader AFR


Location: GSC BOG


Monitor AFR Service Line program implemented in GSC BOG, optimizing and reducing the complexity of processes, generating efficiency, increasing productivity and adding value to customers and businesses.



Responsibilities

  • Actively lead the team of AFR Specialists in charge, aiming for operational excellence through respect and results.

  • Measure and control the performance of the program and resources according to the objectives defined.

  • Control the processes within the quality standards and ensure compliance with administrative rules.

  • Actively participate and maintain an excellent relationship with process owners/business partners.

  • Provide timely feedback for the team in charge.

  • Define the processes, KPIs (SMART), roles within the programs and identify opportunities for improvement according to client needs with the support of OpEx & Transition Manager.

  • Analyze and present the capacity utilization of the programs in charge.

  • GSConnect usage and accuracy of the information.



Qualifications

  • Professionals in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar occupations.

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience leading teams.

  • Previous experience in project management (Desirable), active leadership and teamwork.

  • High level of English (spoken, writing, listening).

  • High level of Portuguese (Desirable).

  • Advanced level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.

  • Teamwork and autonomy.
