The Role:
As a Social Media Associate, you’ll be an integral part of a dynamic Brand Team dedicated to transforming the perception of the legal industry. You'll play a key role in executing a modern, pop-culture-inspired social media strategy that celebrates the people behind the brand, drives community engagement, and increases reach across digital platforms.
Working closely with our podcast host and Social Media Manager, you’ll help shape and elevate our digital presence while collaborating across a fast-moving and creative marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on, execute and track our social media strategy across all platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) in collaboration with the Social Media Manager
- Produce social media content (visual and written) including static images, carousels, reels and short-form video content, etc. using pre-designed templates and in partnership with our graphic designers
- Use project management software to coordinate the production and scheduling, working cross-functionally with a broad and busy team
- Manage and schedule multi-channel content, maintaining brand consistency while optimizing for each platform's unique requirements
- Monitor and respond to comments and conversations across all social platforms, ensuring timely and thoughtful engagement with our community
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics while monitoring trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Support our thought leadership efforts by distributing our experts’ content directly on their platforms to increase reach and visibility
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity while catching typos
- Maintain the Company’s visual brand and voice in all content produced
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify company initiatives and support relationship building with industry thought leaders
- Work with external vendors to project manage content creation, organizing deliverables and maintaining file storage with proper naming conventions and accessibility
- You have fluent English, 3-7 years of social media management experience, and you have managed English-language social media channels
- You have a proven track record of success, organized in a portfolio that shows examples of your designs and your positive impact on prior channels
- You have a background in B2B/SaaS marketing and understand the value of a consumer-type social media experience for corporate audiences
- You're a graphic design and video editing native who loves creating beautiful designs for their audiences
- You can manage a lot of small things at once across many social media management platforms because you effectively use project management tools and scheduling apps (e.g., Metricool, Asana)
