- Aceptar e imprimir las declaraciones y continuar con el trámite correspondiente (pagos, impresión de firmas, transmisión y envío a la DIAN según el caso).
- Solicitar el levante de las Declaraciones de Importación en el sistema informático de la DIAN según instrucciones del coordinador y/o jefe.
- Mantener actualizada la base de datos y el archivo físico y/o virtual del cliente.
- Contrato directo con la Compañía, horario de lunes a viernes de 8:00 am a 5:00 pm y sábado medio día de 8:00 a 12:00 pm.

About the role:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a key role in driving lead generation and sales operations for our IT services division. This position will be responsible for both inbound and outbound sales activities to build and nurture a pipeline of qualified prospects. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable with engaging prospects across various communication channels. A high level of proficiency in English is required, as the role involves interaction with US clients. This position will report to the Senior Director Business Development .
What you will do:
- Qualify inbound leads generated through various marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and referrals.
- Conduct prospecting via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Identify and target potential customers within specific industries or geographies aligned with the company’s service offerings.
- Assist in the creation and execution of sales strategies, helping the sales team close deals by providing qualified leads and accurate prospect data.
- Accurately track and manage leads and sales activities in AspenView’s CRM system (Go-HighLevel), ensuring data integrity and reporting consistency.
- Work closely with account executives and senior sales managers to ensure smooth transition of leads and optimize sales processes.
- Follow up on initial outreach to nurture relationships and set up meetings for sales executives.
- Stay up-to-date on the company’s IT services and solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
- Monitor lead generation performance metrics, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and sales pipeline health.
- Provide regular feedback and reports to the sales team and management, including insights into lead quality and sales opportunities.
- Be the first point of contact for prospective clients, establishing rapport and understanding their business needs.
- Engage in initial discovery conversations, positioning AspenView as a solution provider based on the client’s challenges and requirements.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role, preferably in IT services or B2B sales.
- Advanced (fluent) English, both written and spoken. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international clients.
- Familiarity with IT services and technology solutions is a plus
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with prospects at different levels.
- Ability to work independently, meet performance targets, and achieve KPIs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to handle multiple priorities.

A successful candidate for this role will have relevant experience in business development (including sourcing, cold-calling, pitching) with an interest in M&A.
