Estamos en la búsqueda de una Asesora Comercial para Ecommerce con excelente actitud de servicio, habilidades de comunicación y disposición para aprender.
La persona seleccionada será responsable de gestionar el proceso de venta de forma integral, desde la atención inicial al cliente hasta la confirmación, seguimiento y cierre de la venta.
Responsabilidades
- Atender clientes del ecommerce de manera presencial y digital.
- Gestionar ventas, confirmaciones y seguimientos.
- Atender novedades y requerimientos relacionados con pedidos.
- Brindar atención principalmente por chat y medios escritos, así como llamadas telefónicas cuando sea necesario.
- Mantener registros de ventas y reportes básicos en Excel.
Requisitos
- Excelente actitud comercial y servicio al cliente.
- Buena capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptación.
- Habilidades de comunicación escrita y telefónica.
- Manejo de herramientas digitales y Excel básico.
- Experiencia en ventas o servicio al cliente (preferible, no indispensable).
- Disponibilidad presencial en Bucaramanga.

Brindar soporte a las operaciones y procesos del área de mercadeo y de la compañía en el segmento de comercio electrónico y demás canales digitales, asegurando una atención oportuna y de calidad a los clientes a través de medios digitales y llamadas telefónicas. Su gestión incluye la atención, direccionamiento y seguimiento de PQRS, la recuperación de carritos abandonados y la ejecución de campañas de email marketing, SMS, WhatsApp y otros canales, con el propósito de fortalecer la fidelización de clientes, impulsar el crecimiento del e-commerce y contribuir a la rentabilidad de la organización.

We are looking for a Business Development Associate who will:
- Conduct market research using cutting edge AI and customer intent technology and identify prospective clients.
- Drive pipeline growth by engaging with marketing campaigns and identifying quality leads to pursue.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calls between customers, Solutions Consultants, Client Business Executives and Sales Directors.
- Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct customer contact and prospecting.
- Leverage phone/email/social media/intent data for prospecting with key metrics around setting qualified first sales interactions and next step calls leading to proposals/pipeline.
- Independently and collaboratively solve deal-level challenges to increase overall revenue and sales bookings.
- Cultivate strong relationships with new clients and further our reach within existing client organizations.
- Pre-qualify customers based on company’s business model, current strategic initiatives, AI analytical recommendations and "CSG customer fit" guidelines.
- 1 - 3 years of experience working in sales
- Demonstrated experience in sales, previous experience in a B2B business development role advantageous
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft and MS CoPilot highly advantageous
- Strategic Thinking: Systematically solves problems and hypothesizes possible customer pain points, expectations, and implicit needs; brainstorms with team members to devise solutions to solve complex deal challenges.
- Communication: Tailors communication to the customer’s needs with authority; effectively delivers presentations and has strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Influence: Uses rational and emotional drivers that would appeal to customers to comfortably drive initial conversations in his or her favor.
- Networking: Identifies the right customer stakeholders and builds connections quickly to drive consensus for deals; works cooperatively with a wide range of internal stakeholders for deal success.
- Ownership: Goes out of his or her way to complete a job and has a relentless drive to achieve results; is independent and self-directed and takes initiative with minimal direction or supervision.
- Workflow Management: Sets clear, realistic, and time-bound objectives that align to business growth; breaks each objective into tasks and process steps that can be achieved with a realistic timeframe.
- A self—starter attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proven analytical ability to organize, interpret, and make recommendations for action by critically analyzing AI recommendations, intent data, sales and customer feedback.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English, Spanish and Portuguese languages in a business environment.

The role of a Business Development Representative at Canonical

The role entails
- Execute outbound sales & marketing campaigns

- Experience navigating prospective accounts from and into a senior executive level to identify new customer opportunities

About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for working with the Cross Market Sales team to drive new business within the Financial Crime and Compliance product line. The ideal candidate will excel in sales strategy and pipeline management, enabling new business growth within the assigned region.
Responsibilities- Working with the Cross Market Business Development Manager to drive new business growth.
- Converting leads to opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of accounts.
- Logging customer activity and communications comprehensively within the CRM system.
- Submitting monthly forecast reports and regularly update the sales pipeline.
- Prospecting within the assigned territory to develop and sustain a robust pipeline.
- Developing and managing territory business plans that include new logos, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Guiding prospects through the sales cycle to contract close, collaborating with presales and specialist teams as needed.
- Supporting customers through onboarding and implementation phases, in partnership with the Cross Market Sales team, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing revenue life cycle management.
- Able to demonstrate experience in business development or account management.
- Prove proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Display analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Have a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

We're on the hunt for a highly motivated, self-starting individual to join the team as a Business Development Representative. This fully remote role offers unparalleled flexibility and the chance to work alongside a dynamic global team.
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), your job is to fuel the pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying growing eCommerce brands that would benefit from the fulfillment services. You'll be the first point of contact in the sales cycle, researching and reaching out to brands, asking smart questions, qualifying their fit, and booking calls for the Account Executives.
Requirements- Identify and prospect high-growth eCommerce brands across categories like health & wellness, beauty, supplements, apparel and more
- Execute daily outreach via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and social channels
- Qualify prospects based on their size, volume, and fulfillment needs
- Set up qualified meetings for our Account Executives
- Track all activity and lead info accurately into CRM
- Work closely with the sales team to refine pitch messaging, ICP targeting, and outreach sequences
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and team huddles to stay sharp and accountable
- Meet and exceed your monthly and quarterly targets

- Salary Range: $1500 - $2000 USD base + OTE
- PTO: 2 weeks PTO + 10 Holidays
- Working Hours: US Time Zones (flexible)
