Importante empresa multilatina se encuentra en búsqueda de un Analista de comercio exterior con alta capacidad resolutiva, atención al detalle y orientación al servicio.
Responsabilidades:
- Garantizar el control y seguimiento de todas las operaciones de importación, exportación y compras nacionales.
- Asesorar al área comercial en la elaboración de ofertas y precios para negociaciones internacionales
- Coordinar la distribución desde puerto a centros de distribución,
- Negociar costos logísticos, gestionar documentación aduanera
- Seguimiento de operaciones ITR,
Requisitos:
- Profesional en Comercio Exterior, Finanzas, Negocios Internacionales o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en funciones similares.
- Conocimiento sólido en procesos de importación/exportación, atención a clientes y proveedores.
- Inglés nivel B2 (indispensable).
- Manejo de SAP y Excel intermedio.
Condiciones contractuales:
- Contrato: Término indefinido
- Salario: Negociables de acuerdo a experiencia específica, más paquete de beneficios.
- Horario de trabajo: Presencial de lunes a viernes de 7:30 a.m a 4:30. Importante vivir cerca a Funza.

Liderar el proceso E2E de la cadena logística de importaciones y exportaciones de Nestlé Purina Petcare de Colombia S.A. entre aliadas y proveedores terceros dentro de los plazos establecidos de acuerdo a las necesidades de la compañía, garantizando costos competitivos.
Un día en la vida de.- Liderar junto con el proveedor 4PL designado, toda la operación de importaciones y exportaciones, custodiando que el proveedor cumpla con las buenas prácticas en Principios corporativos, Calidad, SHE, política de compras.
- Coordinar, gestionar y controlar con el proveedor 4PL los reportes acordados, así como el seguimiento a los KPI definidos para la operación de Comercio Exterior.
- Generar y proponer proyectos de ahorros relacionados a las eficiencias operacionales de Comercio Exterior, así como autorizar facturación de sobrecostos cuando la responsabilidad sea NPPC.
- Como comprador operacional, Crear las PO de los procesos de Comercio exterior (easy buy), Realizar las provisiones de los procesos de exportación y gestionar MIGOS, Gestionar problemas de facturación relacionados a las operaciones de Comercio Exterior- Revisión cartera de proveedores terceros logísticos.
- Gestionar con áreas de impuestos/tesorerías de todos los procesos que lo requieran, asi como gestionar con quien corresponda requerimientos DIAN y control de UTS.
- Gestionar y registrar las declaraciones de importación y facturas del exterior, suministrar información de las importaciones y exportaciones necesarias.
- Validar stocks en la CD´s, crear load plan (plan de cargues), gestionar reservas de navieras y el plan de transporte nacional. Enviar semanalmente los reportes de seguridad.
- Elaborar y gestionar de documentos de exportación, así como las facturas proformas para la solicitud de las licencias previas en los países importadores que lo requieran.
- Liderar certificaciones y auditorias BASC, OEA y otros.
Profesional en Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Internacional, Comercio Exterior y Aduanas, carreras afines. Preferiblemente con especialización.
Experiencia mínima dos (2) años en cargos similares y en empresas multinacionales, conocimiento en logística internacional y comercio internacional, conocimiento y entendimiento de los procesos de Supply Chain E2E, entendimiento de los procesos financieros, BASC y OEA, buenas habilidades en liderazgo, comunicación y Negociación.
- Conocimiento y experiencia SAP (preferiblemente manejo módulo APO R3).
- Manejo de Office (Excel, Power point y Word) nivel avanzado.
- Idioma: Inglés Intermedio

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?
3 a 4 años de experiencia en comercio exterior en zonas francasy manejo de inventarios.
Experiencia en el manejo de SAP, Excel avanzado y Power BI.
Conocimiento en el régimen franco de logística y procesos de comexen zona franca.
Profesional con una formación técnica o universitaria en áreas relacionadas.

- Conduct market research using cutting edge AI and customer intent technology and identify prospective clients.
- Drive pipeline growth by engaging with marketing campaigns and identifying quality leads to pursue.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calls between customers, Solutions Consultants, Client Business Executives and Sales Directors.
- Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct customer contact and prospecting.
- Leverage phone/email/social media/intent data for prospecting with key metrics around setting qualified first sales interactions and next step calls leading to proposals/pipeline.
- Independently and collaboratively solve deal-level challenges to increase overall revenue and sales bookings.
- Cultivate strong relationships with new clients and further our reach within existing client organizations.
- Pre-qualify customers based on company’s business model, current strategic initiatives, AI analytical recommendations and "CSG customer fit" guidelines.
- 1 - 3 years of experience working in sales
- Demonstrated experience in sales, previous experience in a B2B business development role advantageous
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft and MS CoPilot highly advantageous
- Strategic Thinking: Systematically solves problems and hypothesizes possible customer pain points, expectations, and implicit needs; brainstorms with team members to devise solutions to solve complex deal challenges.
- Communication: Tailors communication to the customer’s needs with authority; effectively delivers presentations and has strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Influence: Uses rational and emotional drivers that would appeal to customers to comfortably drive initial conversations in his or her favor.
- Networking: Identifies the right customer stakeholders and builds connections quickly to drive consensus for deals; works cooperatively with a wide range of internal stakeholders for deal success.
- Ownership: Goes out of his or her way to complete a job and has a relentless drive to achieve results; is independent and self-directed and takes initiative with minimal direction or supervision.

About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for working with the Cross Market Sales team to drive new business within the Financial Crime and Compliance product line. The ideal candidate will excel in sales strategy and pipeline management, enabling new business growth within the assigned region.
Responsibilities- Working with the Cross Market Business Development Manager to drive new business growth.
- Converting leads to opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of accounts.
- Logging customer activity and communications comprehensively within the CRM system.
- Submitting monthly forecast reports and regularly update the sales pipeline.
- Prospecting within the assigned territory to develop and sustain a robust pipeline.
- Developing and managing territory business plans that include new logos, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Guiding prospects through the sales cycle to contract close, collaborating with presales and specialist teams as needed.
- Supporting customers through onboarding and implementation phases, in partnership with the Cross Market Sales team, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing revenue life cycle management.
- Able to demonstrate experience in business development or account management.
- Prove proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Display analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Have a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

As we expand across LATAM, we're looking for a dynamic Business Development Specialist to fuel our growth, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with top-tier partners like AWS.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new business in LATAM and other regions as needed
- Build strong relationships with AWS and AWS Partners to uncover leads
- Qualify and convert inbound leads, marketing campaign contacts, and event attendees
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing
- Identify key decision-makers and generate interest through strategic outreach
- Coordinate and attend client meetings, both virtual and in-person
- Understand and articulate customer needs to align with Cintra’s offerings
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Service Delivery to grow existing accounts
- Consistently meet or exceed your sales quota
- A natural relationship-builder with strong networking skills
- Proven track record in services or consulting sales
- Experienced selling into enterprise-level organizations and speaking with C-level executives
- Familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot (or similar)
- Passionate about technology, cloud, and customer success
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a big plus!
- Work for a recognized multi-cloud innovator with global enterprise clients
