Importante empresa multilatina se encuentra en búsqueda de un Analista de comercio exterior con alta capacidad resolutiva, atención al detalle y orientación al servicio.
Responsabilidades:
- Garantizar el control y seguimiento de todas las operaciones de importación, exportación y compras nacionales.
- Asesorar al área comercial en la elaboración de ofertas y precios para negociaciones internacionales
- Coordinar la distribución desde puerto a centros de distribución,
- Negociar costos logísticos, gestionar documentación aduanera
- Seguimiento de operaciones ITR,
Requisitos:
- Profesional en Comercio Exterior, Finanzas, Negocios Internacionales o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en funciones similares.
- Conocimiento sólido en procesos de importación/exportación, atención a clientes y proveedores.
- Inglés nivel B2 (indispensable).
- Manejo de SAP y Excel intermedio.
Condiciones contractuales:
- Contrato: Término indefinido
- Salario: Negociables de acuerdo a experiencia específica, más paquete de beneficios.
- Horario de trabajo: Presencial de lunes a viernes de 7:30 a.m a 4:30. Importante vivir cerca a Funza.

Role overview
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth in the LATAM market, with an initial focus on Colombia. It combines direct business development, account management, and channel partner engagement to support Ilkari's growth strategy in the data centre colocation space.
Hybrid work model: minimum of 1 day per week at the office in Tocancipá. Frequent travel is required to build client and partner relationships across the region.
What you'll do
Sales
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and quotes to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to secure revenue growth.
Business Development
- Establish and nurture relationships with key vendors to engage with named accounts.
- Develop and execute channel programmes to drive partner engagement and increase sales.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their ability to sell DC colocation services effectively.
Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, driving additional sales and business opportunities.
- Develop account plans and strategies to maximise revenue and client success.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, sales engineering, and operations, to align on sales initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and key account activities.
- Represent Ilkari at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance market presence and build relationships.
What are we looking for
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. An MBA or similar level is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in sales and channel management within the data centre colocation or related industry.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of DC colocation services and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Native Spanish speaker with good English language skills.
Technical Knowledge
- Familiarity with data centre operations, cloud computing, and network infrastructure.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
