THE ROLE
The role is for an Appointment Setter/Cold Caller to prospect and contact potential clients through various channels with the goal of scheduling discovery calls on behalf of our sales people. Valatam’s clients are growing US and Canadian businesses with remote entry-level vacancies or a high volume of computer/telephone tasks.
Provided your work generates 5 qualified sales calls per week, you are free to work as and when you please , until this KPI is met you are expected to complete the below activities:
- Adding 40 vetted leads to our outreach tool ( Apollo.io ) personalized email sequences & LinkedIn sequences daily.
- Keeping Hubspot CRM updated.
- Making 100 phone calls daily.
- High-touch manual outreach.
- Manual follow-ups by phone/email/LinkedIn.
- Tracking activities daily in a scorecard.
- Daily huddles and Weekly feedback sessions with the rest of the team.
- Experimenting with FB/Twitter outreach.
- Community and awareness building (responding to Quora, LinkedIn, blog posts recommending our services).
- Attend sales huddles and trainings with enthusiasm, a genuine love for sales and a yearning for learning.
- C1/C2 English writing and speaking skills.
- Experience with Hubspot, apollo.io, or similar tools.
- 1+ years of BDR and sales cold-calling experience to set sales appointments.
- Independent, problem solver, adaptable, and great communication skills. Must LOVE cold-calling and the art of selling.
- A quiet home office with a desk and office chair.
- Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.
- A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone.

PAYMENT
Our current pay rate for this full-time (40hrs/week) role is $3/hr base, $00/month + 50 per qualified appointment (US 1500 On Target Earnings).More information about the payment structure will be discussed further in the process.

PositionLead Generation & CRM Manager for a commercial real estate company managing a special project for an automotive dealership. This role is key to expanding pipeline performance through verified outbound outreach and CRM management. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, highly organized individual with a proven track record in cold calling and CRM execution, particularly in Go High Level (GHL).
Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct 150–200 outbound calls per day to collect contact data and qualify warm leads; gather email addresses and verify decision-maker information through cold calling; create and maintain organized data lists for the automotive dealership market; identify outreach opportunities within the real estate and automotive verticals.
- CRM Management: Set up and maintain lead pipelines inside Go High Level (GHL); build and manage CRM templates, deal stages, and task reminders; ensure data accuracy across CRM entries and prospect lists; assist with HubSpot updates and automation templates (preferred but not required).
- Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate with internal teams to understand project goals; track and report daily outreach performance; recommend improvements in workflows and scripts based on results.
- Education & Experience: 3+ years of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or sales development; proven experience managing CRM systems, especially Go High Level (GHL) (mandatory); experience with HubSpot is a plus; strong knowledge of list building, data entry, and cold outreach processes.
- Technical Skills: Comfort with CRM customization and list segmentation; experience filling and updating CRM templates and pipeline structures.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities; fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
