Project Manager – Telecom Services
Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Position: Full-Time
Compensation: Between$1,500 – $2,500 USD monthly Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to join our team.
This role will oversee end-to-end VoIP and ISP project execution, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to quality standards, and high client satisfaction.
The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Ideal candidates will have expertise in telecom, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for structured, high-impact project delivery.

Project Leadership:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of VoIP, ISP, and network deployments across multiple clients and locations.
  • Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including field technicians, provisioning, engineering, and support teams.
Client & Vendor Engagement:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Handle escalations, resolve technical delivery issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with ISPs, hardware vendors, and third-party tech partners to ensure smooth project execution.
Service Delivery Oversight:
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs, quality standards, and operational goals.
  • Standardize and continuously improve delivery processes, documentation, and workflows.
  • Drive onboarding of new services and ensure a smooth transition from installation to support.
Reporting & Communication:
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate project documentation within project management (PM) and CRM systems.
Table Stakes:
  • 3–5 years of experience in telecom project management and/or service delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage technical rollouts at scale—multi-site VoIP, ISP, or network installations.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating with ISPs, VoIP providers, and field service technicians.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (e.g., firewalls, routers, switches).

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: Between$1,500 – $2,500 USD monthly.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO):
    • Staff earn 1 PTO day per quarter and 2 PTO days in the final quarter, totaling 5 PTO days per year .

Other Requirements:
Clear Communication in English:

Previous Experience Working with U.S. Companies:
  • Familiarity with U.S. work culture, time zones, communication expectations, and accountability standards is required.
