Propósito del Rol

El/la Coordinador(a) de Proyectos será responsable de la gestión integral de proyectos de construcción e inmobiliarios, desde la planeación hasta la entrega final. Actuará como interventor técnico, financiero y administrativo, asegurando el cumplimiento de cronogramas, presupuestos, calidad y alcance contractual. Será un apoyo directo para la gerencia, con capacidad de presentar informes en juntas directivas y asesorar en la estructuración de nuevas iniciativas de inversión.

Perfil Profesional

Profesional en Ingeniería Civil o Arquitectura.

Especialización en Gerencia de Proyectos, Gestión Estratégica o áreas afines (deseable).

8 a 10 años de experiencia en construcción de edificaciones, con trayectoria comprobada en interventoría y control de proyectos.

Experiencia previa como residente de obra y en control de presupuestos.

Conocimiento sólido en planeación, presupuestación y control financiero.

Experiencia en interacción con diseñadores, contratistas y fiduciarias.

Habilidad para preparar y presentar reportes a gerencia y juntas directivas.

Manejo de herramientas como MS Project, Excel avanzado, software de presupuestos (Presto, Opus), AutoCAD y deseable plataformas BIM.

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Coordinador Proyectos , para laborar en Cereté, Córdoba

Requisitos:

  • Formación profesional en Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines preferiblemente con Especialización en Gerencias de Proyectos.
  • Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en Planeación de Proyectos Industriales o de Construcción, preferiblemente en sector de Alimentos.
  • Contar con tarjeta profesional.
  • Preferiblemente contar con vehículo y documentos al día.

Objetivo del cargo:

Planear, coordinar y hacer seguimiento al cronograma de los proyectos de la empresa, asegurando el cumplimiento de los hitos, la optimización de recursos y la adecuada integración de las diferentes disciplinas, e involucrados, conforme a los lineamientos técnicos, presupuestales y de calidad definidos para cada proyecto.

Funciones:

  • Realizar análisis de variaciones entre el avance planificado y el real.
  • Reportando desviaciones y proponiendo escenarios de recuperación y planes de mitigación.
  • Apoyar la planificación logística de suministros y contrataciones según los requerimientos del proyecto
  • Realizar el control y seguimiento de las órdenes de inversión del proyecto, mediante la validación continua de información registrada en el sistema SAP.
  • Realizar seguimiento a la compra y entrega oportuna de los materiales asociados al montaje y la automatización del proyecto.

Competencias:

  • Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en Planeación de Proyectos Industriales o de Construcción, preferiblemente en sector de Alimentos.
  • Contar con tarjeta profesional.
  • Preferiblemente contar con vehículo y documentos al día.

Objetivo del cargo:

Planear, coordinar y hacer seguimiento al cronograma de los proyectos de la empresa, asegurando el cumplimiento de los hitos, la optimización de recursos y la adecuada integración de las diferentes disciplinas, e involucrados, conforme a los lineamientos técnicos, presupuestales y de calidad definidos para cada proyecto.

Funciones:

  • Realizar análisis de variaciones entre el avance planificado y el real.
  • Reportando desviaciones y proponiendo escenarios de recuperación y planes de mitigación.
  • Apoyar la planificación logística de suministros y contrataciones según los requerimientos del proyecto
  • Realizar el control y seguimiento de las órdenes de inversión del proyecto, mediante la validación continua de información registrada en el sistema SAP.
  • Realizar seguimiento a la compra y entrega oportuna de los materiales asociados al montaje y la automatización del proyecto.

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Coordinador de Proyectos, responsable de planear, organizar y supervisar la ejecución de proyectos de instalación y sistemas de sonido, asegurando el cumplimiento de los cronogramas, presupuestos y estándares de calidad establecidos. Su gestión estará orientada a garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y la correcta alineación de cada proyecto con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa, coordinando al equipo técnico, administrando los recursos y promoviendo la mejora continua en los procesos.

Perfil requerido

  • Formación: Profesional en Ingeniería de Sonido, Ingeniería Electrónica, Administración de Proyectos o afines.
  • Experiencia: 2 a 4 años en coordinación de proyectos relacionados con sonido profesional, instalaciones técnicas o ambientación musical.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Equipos de sonido profesional y sistemas de audio (instalación, calibración y mantenimiento).
  • Manejo de software de diseño de audio y acústica (deseable).
  • Gestión de proyectos (metodologías ágiles o tradicionales).
  • Normativas de seguridad en montajes e instalaciones.

Funciones principales

  • Coordinar y gestionar la ejecución de proyectos de instalación de sonido, equipos audiovisuales y soluciones de ambientación musical en distintos espacios (comerciales, corporativos, institucionales y residenciales).
  • Elaborar cronogramas de trabajo, asignar recursos y hacer seguimiento al cumplimiento de las actividades.
  • Servir como enlace entre clientes, proveedores, técnicos y demás áreas de la empresa.
  • Controlar los presupuestos de cada proyecto, optimizando el uso de recursos.
  • Supervisar las instalaciones, pruebas técnicas y puesta en marcha de los sistemas.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad industrial y normativas técnicas aplicables.
  • Generar informes de avance, cierre de proyectos y lecciones aprendidas.
  • Proponer mejoras en procesos y metodologías de gestión de proyectos.
