Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify and evaluate potential leads and target markets. Collect and organize contact details and company information using various online tools and databases.
• Regularly update and verify lead data, ensuring accuracy and removing duplicates. Segment leads by industry, location, company size, etc., to support targeted marketing strategies.
• Assist in drafting and sending outreach emails or messages to prospective clients. Help develop personalized content, email templates, and outreach strategies to maximize engagement.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with broader campaign goals. Provide insights into lead behavior, preferences, and trends to refine outreach strategies.
• Participate in training sessions to gain expertise in lead generation tools, CRM software, and industry best practices. Get hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, and more.
• AI-supported data scraping, automated lead qualification, and market segmentation.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preference for candidates with Chinese language proficiency
• Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
• Good organizational and research skills.
• Previous coursework, internships, or projects in sales, marketing, or data analysis.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking tools.

About the Project
We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to drive client acquisition, with an initial focus on the U.S. market. You’ll identify and qualify leads, maintain a CRM database, and collaborate with the Sales team to fuel business growth.
Required skills:
- More than 1 year of experience in lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in IT or professional services.
- Advanced English level (B2+).
- Proficiency in lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
- Familiarity with IT industry services.
Scope of work:
- Identify and research prospective clients through various channels (LinkedIn, industry events, email campaigns, etc.).
- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients, tracking all interactions and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with ALLSTARSIT’s service offerings.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to hand off high-quality leads and support the sales process.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
