Role Overview

As the Performance Marketing Video Editor, you will craft high-impact video assets for paid media channels including Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. Working closely with growth marketers, creative strategists, and performance analysts, you’ll produce and iterate on ads that drive conversions. A strong understanding of A/B testing, thumb-stopping creative principles, and post-production workflows is essential. Key Responsibilities

• Produce and edit short-form performance videos for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other growth channels.

From cinematic short docs to TikToks that slap, you’ll shape visual narratives that make people feel something, and take action. You’ll work closely with creatives, and strategists to craft content that’s punchy, polished, and on-brand (or deliciously off-brand when needed).

• Edit a variety of content types: social-first videos, brand films, reels, ads, case studies, sizzles, and experimental content
• Collaborate with creative teams to shape storytelling, tone, and pacing
• Create versions for different platforms (TikTok, IG Reels, YT, broadcast, etc.)
