Requisitos y calificaciones
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Estadística, Matemáticas, Informática o afines
- Experiencia comprobada como Analista de Business Intelligence o rol similar.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas con capacidad para recopilar, organizar, analizar y difundir cantidades significativas de información con atención al detalle y la precisión.
- Dominio de herramientas de visualización de datos como Tableau, Power BI o QlikView.
- Conocimiento avanzado de SQL y experiencia trabajando con bases de datos relacionales.
- Familiaridad con los conceptos de almacenamiento de datos y procesos ETL.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, con la capacidad de transmitir de manera efectiva conocimientos de datos complejos a partes interesadas no técnicas.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y colaborativa en un entorno acelerado y sujeto a plazos.

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis and visualization to transform complex datasets into actionable insights, supporting decision-making across the organization. This is a remote position available to candidates in Mexico, Peru, Costa Rica, or Colombia. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as the role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Consolidate, interpret, and present data in reports/dashboards for Executive, Team Leads, and Individual End Users.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau Desktop and Microsoft Power BI.
- Define, develop, and document customer business processes and dashboard/report content needs, including business process diagrams, data maps, queries, and data modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand, identify, define, and document business needs and objectives, and translate them into data requirements.
- Provide support for a variety of meetings, demonstrations, and program activities related to Business Intelligence.
- Test dashboards/reports projects in accordance with business and functional design, following best practices for quality assurance.
- Ensure data accuracy and data integrity, and assist in the development of data governance standards.
- Record and track defects uncovered during test execution and assist in defect resolution (troubleshooting and researching).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong knowledge and 3+ years of recent experience with data reporting tools, including Tableau Desktop and Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics, SQL Databases, and Query creation.
- Strong knowledge of productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Agile, SCRUM, and DevOps processes and methodologies.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) practices, principles, and techniques as they apply to Agile development processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to listen and relate with the customer.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Job Description
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who is passionate about turning data into insight and impact. In this role, you won't just collect requirements—you'll become a trusted partner to our stakeholders, helping them shape their vision and guiding it all the way into meaningful solutions. While you will contribute with some Power BI report development, your true value will be in leading the intake and refinement process, championing the voice of the business, and ensuring that what we build drives real outcomes.

Responsabilities:
- Lead business requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across departments.
- Document detailed reporting requirements, source mappings, and expected outcomes.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, front end engineers, and data warehouse engineers to ensure clarity and alignment
- Maintain living documentation for reporting solutions and related data definitions.
- Participate in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) meetings (e.g. daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, etc.)
- Perform Power BI development (mock-ups, small edits, formatting).
- Track feedback and drive iteration during solution delivery.
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of BI, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst experience.
- Demonstrated experience documenting requirements for business intelligence or data reporting. projects
- Familiarity with Power BI (semantic models, report editing, publishing workflows).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work across both business and technical teams.
- Basic knowledge of data ETL and processing techniques.
- Basic SQL familiarity and understanding of data model design.
- Strong agile mindset, able to iterate fast and give early feedback.

Responsabilities:
- Lead business requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across departments.
- Document detailed reporting requirements, source mappings, and expected outcomes.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, front end engineers, and data warehouse engineers to ensure clarity and alignment
• Maintain living documentation for reporting solutions and related data definitions. - Participate in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) meetings (e.g. daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, etc.)
• Perform Power BI development (mock-ups, small edits, formatting). - Track feedback and drive iteration during solution delivery.
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of BI, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst experience.
- Demonstrated experience documenting requirements for business intelligence or data reporting. projects
• Familiarity with Power BI (semantic models, report editing, publishing workflows). - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work across both business and technical teams.
- Basic knowledge of data ETL and processing techniques.
- Basic SQL familiarity and understanding of data model design.
- Strong agile mindset, able to iterate fast and give early feedback.
- Desire and eagerness to contribute to the success of the company and grow along with it.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain sales and ops analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the leadership team
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualization to track key performance metrics and drive business decisions using SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau, or other BI solutions.
- Proactively monitor the quality and integrity of sales and ops data and highlight improvement opportunities.
- Perform deep dive analysis of operating metrics, providing business insights to leadership by understanding the situation, developing a hypothesis, analyzing data, and reporting back findings/solutions.
- Effectively communicate analysis results to business leaders for decision-making and prioritization

A Day in the Life
We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with advanced expertise in Power BI to join our Global Pricing Insights & Analytics team In this role, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven solutions that empower the business to make informed, strategic decisions. This role requires not only strong technical proficiency in data modelling, DAX, and visualization design, but also a high level of business acumen and the ability to communicate insights through effective storytelling. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and translating them into actionable, visually compelling BI solutions. Twilio's Customer Experience Ops Customer Intelligence team is looking for a curious and action-oriented analyst with a passion for using data to influence decision making and deliver product insights. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating complex problems, determining the right data to focus on and is able to derive insights and recommendations based on disparate data. This role interacts with stakeholders at all levels throughout the organization and helps inform product, compliance, and delivery strategy.
*Responsibilities *
In this role, you'll:
- Work with technical program managers to inject data into decision making and planning to increase confidence in strategic business outcomes via defining OKRs, designing and building insight generating reports and dashboards, and partnering cross functionally to source and process product data.
- Leverage SQL programming skills and data visualization tools to communicate product insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. Standardize, maintain, and document metrics, models, datasets, and dashboards leveraging tools such as Tableau, Confluence, Acryl, and code.
- Source, identify, and leverage data and insights for time-critical and strategic decision making.
- Partner with leaders to successfully roll out and enable the adoption of dashboards and metrics.
- Work closely with product leadership to monitor and improve product performance while collaborating with business leaders to drive exceptional product offerings. Measure and analyze product value and value proposition through metrics.
- Collaborate with data producers and consumers during the product development lifecycle to ensure consistent data quality and availability for reporting post launch.
