This position is responsible for the administration and development of NielsenIQ's Dynamics CRM platform and associated applications. Applications such as customized versions of Dynamics Sales and Dynamics Marketing, Customer Service across multiple business units. The role will be an integral member of the Sales Technology Administration team, train and coach the CRM admins and liaise with stakeholders from various business areas to understand and support their needs of the Dynamics and Power Platform environments. The role will also be to work closely with the Infrastructure and Operations team to ensure that all standards and security requirements are met and delivered.
Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Support the Sales/Marketing/Finance users in adoption of MS Dynamics 365. Involved in assisting with CRM Administration tasks and user requests.
- The person must be proactive, showcase ownership to increase user adoption and showcase servitude to user requests.
Responsibilities:
- Administration and support of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications including Sales and other configuration platform entities.
- Lead Coaching/Mentoring of CRM Administrators and Users via Learning Labs, Live User Support and Office Hours sessions.
- Maintenance of custom configurations and integrations of applications within the Dynamics 365 environments.
- Development of integrations of data and functionality using the Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps)
- Documenting and defining user requirements with product stakeholders, including flow charts, layouts and diagrams
- Establishes best practice for support of and knowledge sharing of the functionality of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment.
- Contributes to and supports the Dynamics platform 3-year roadmap and the product SDLC.
- Work with the NielsenIQ Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure data integrity across the applications and datasets when using Dataverse using PowerBI.
Qualifications
- Experience of Salesforce Sales Cloud Administration is preferred.
- Coaching/Mentoring Team and Users leading Learning Labs, Office Hours, Live Support Sessions.
- 2-4 years' experience of working with Dynamics 365, Office 365 and the Power Platform,
- experience working with the Dataverse and Azure Functions and Logic Apps
- Experience working as a System Administrator
- Experience of working with application management lifecycle tools/source control, Azure Devops/Github
- Experience of Application Development, using C#, .NET and PowerShell
- Experience of SQL

Position Overview
