- Título en Psicología (requisito excluyente).
- Experiencia previa en headhunting y selección de perfiles, especialmente para call centers y áreas de IT.
- Dominio de herramientas de selección: LinkedIn, portales de empleo y redes sociales.

**What you need to know about this position:**
The People Operations Advisor will be responsible for managing, ensuring, and monitoring flexible compensation & Education Contribution operations for Colombia, through constant communication with colleagues from other areas and vendors, documentation review, and follow-up on specific employee cases within the company. Additionally, they will support the execution of operational procedures in the area related to payroll processing, accounting records, and account reconciliation, among others.

**Education/Qualifications:**
Undergraduate degree holders or students in their final semesters in fields such as Business Administration, Business, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, and related fields.
**Specific job requirements:**
+ Minimum 1 year of experience providing administrative support to human resources operations in Colombia
+ Excel proficiency - intermediate level
+ Knowledge of payroll processes is a plus
+ Knowledge of compensation and benefits
+ Knowledge of Colombian labor legislation
+ Knowledge of withholding tax (tax withholding at source)
+ Intermediate English is a plus
+ Knowledge of internal and external audit support

In this role, you will:

+ Translate Total Rewards strategy into **operational, scalable services** , balancing global consistency with local requirements

+ Identifyopportunities to **simplify, automate, and modernize processes** , partnering closely with HR Technology, Finance, and GBS Transformation teams

+ Support a seamless colleague and manager experience across key lifecycle moments such as annual compensation processes, benefits changes, and employee movement

**What** **you'll** **bring**
We're looking for someone who brings both **experience and mindset** . You don't have to tick every box, but you should bring strong capability in most areas below:
+ Minimum 8 years of significant experiencedelivering and leading **Total Rewards or People Operations services** within a shared services or global delivery model
+ Strong understanding of reward and benefit administration and how itoperatesacross different regions
+ Proven success in **continuously improving services** , including process optimization and automation
+ Experience working with **HR or HCM systems** and partnering with technology teams to improve service delivery
+ Confidence working with ambiguity, making decisions, and taking ownership end‑to‑end
+ Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate clearly with senior partners
+ A people‑centric mindset, with attention to detail and a passion for improving colleague experience
+ Fluent written and spoken **English** (additionallanguages are a plus)
