**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Responsible for completion of federal, international and state VAT tax returns including all related analysis and support
+ Prepare external reporting of the tax obligations
+ Keep abreast of the variances in state and local jurisdictions and create plans to minimize the amount of taxes paid by the organization across these entities
+ Work directly with external auditors and understand tax compliance
+ May be involved with merger and acquisition activities and other tax planning activities
+ May be responsible for compliance
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting
+ Advanced / Fluent English
+ Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in multinational companies within tax department
+ Microsoft suite knowledge

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Support the execution of innovation initiatives, including innovation challenges, workshops, discovery sessions, bootcamps, intrapreneurship programs, and project follow-up activities
+ Provide methodological support to project teams in the use of innovation tools, frameworks, and templates
+ Track initiatives, milestones, owners, risks, progress, and expected outcomes
+ Support the preparation of presentations, reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and executive materials

+ Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders in a dynamic regional environment
+ Basic knowledge of innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, Discovery, MVPs, or project management
+ Analytical thinking and the ability to structure information clearly
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Value Access Strategy, Government and Market Access for Central Latin America play a strategic role in enabling sustainable patient access to Medtronic therapies by supporting health economics, payer engagement, health policy, and regulatory intelligence initiatives across key regional markets. The role connects evidence generation, value-based healthcare, stakeholder engagement, and funding pathways to support business priorities aligned with evolving healthcare system needs.
The position contributes to regional decision-making by translating complex environments, coverage, payment, public policy, and healthcare system dynamics into actionable insights for the commercial team, and market access strategies. The Market Access & Market Development Specialist is responsible for developing, driving, and implementing value, public affairs, institutional relations, and market access strategies that enable sustainable funding, appropriate coverage, and optimal access for Medtronic's key therapies across Central Latin America.
This field-based role focuses on shaping a favorable healthcare by leveraging data analytics, monitoring public policies, and mapping healthcare ecosystem trends. Acting as a core bridge within regional team, this position translates political, regulatory, and payment insights into actionable market intelligence, drives robust advocacy initiatives with external stakeholders, and supports the commercialization process through strategic public tender alignment and policy monitoring. This role will work in a flex model in Bogotá.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Provide continuous monitoring and strategic assessment of public policy, healthcare reforms, payment mechanisms, and regulatory developments across the region, translating insights into actionable market intelligence for leadership
+ Build, map and sustain strong relationships with high-level decision-makers in the health sector, including payers, policymakers, industry association leaders, and other key external stakeholders across CELA
+ Develop and execute data-driven, market access strategies for market access and stakeholder engagement plans aligned with regional priorities
+ Lead the analysis of healthcare mark data, public procurement, trends, reimbursement databases, and local pricing regulations to identify commercial opportunities, institutional trends, and financial risks.
+ Drive and support external advocacy initiatives focused on MedTech innovation, sustainability and Value-Based Healthcare (VBHC), collaborating with the Clinical Specialist to align macro policy goals with on-the-ground hospital implementations. patient access, value-based healthcare, and health technology assessment, contributing to policy dialogue with industry associations, scientific societies, and health authorities
+ Lead the strategic value-proposition alignment and compliance mapping for public tenders and government procurement processes, ensuring bidding requirements reflects the technology´s institutional value
+ Enable multidisciplinary collaboration, sharing knowledge with the CELA access team, ensuring seamless execution of joint strategic projects
+ Represent the company with high-credibility, influence and professional diplomacy in medical device industry chambers, public forums, and stakeholder platforms relevant to the health ecosystem
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in medicine is required
+ Five years of experience in the healthcare sector, specifically within public policy, government affairs, institutional relations, market access, or strategic market intelligence roles
+ Three years of experience navigating the specific health systems and regulatory landscapes of Central Latin America within the medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or other regulated healthcare industries
+ Strong ability to apply data analytics to healthcare challenges, translating complex information into clean business insights and executive presentations
+ Experience working in pharma o medical devices industries
+ Fluent in English level
+ Knowledge with MS Office

A Day in the LifeIn this role, you will support Business Product Owners and Value Delivery Leadership by ensuring that product value is measurable, pilots are operationally supported, and agile execution runs smoothly across the domain. You will work closely with Business Product Owners, technology product teams, business stakeholders, and the Value Delivery Leader to provide the operational follow-through that keeps work moving, insights visible, and learning continuous.
Responsibilities- Support value measurement and tracking across product teams by maintaining dashboards and reporting that reflect KPIs, benefits realization, and adoption metrics, aligned with P&C value management practices.
- Ensure value measurement data is current, consistent, and ready for use in Quarterly Reviews and leadership discussions, supporting value-based accountability across the domain.
- Provide operational support for pilots and early-stage products, including tracking status, risks, dependencies, and readiness indicators, particularly for long-running or cross-OU pilots.
- Coordinate feedback capture, adoption inputs, and pilot learnings so insights are visible and inform value discussions and next-step decisions.
- Coordinate key domain‑level agile events (Big Room Planning, Increment Retrospectives, and Innovation Week) to ensure consistency, visibility, and smooth execution across teams.
- Reduce operational and coordination burden on Business Product Owners by providing shared support across the domain, enabling them to focus on prioritization and product decisions.
- Partner with Business Product Owners, technology product teams, business stakeholders, and Value Delivery Leadership to improve transparency, follow‑through, and execution consistency.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 years of experience in a related area.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of how technology products create business value.
- Experience working with cross‑functional business and IT stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile roles, events, and cadences in a scaled environment.
- Strong follow‑through and ability to manage multiple operational workstreams.
- Experience creating executive communications and dashboards is a plus.
- Experience in change management and lean sigma is a plus.

The Associate Quality System Specialist supports the complaint handling process to ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs). This role is responsible for executing complaint‑related activities, maintaining accurate records in quality systems, supporting audits, and collaborating with regional stakeholders and global operational teams. The position also contributes to process improvements, reporting activities, and training initiatives that strengthen the overall quality management system. Responsibilities may include the following (and other duties may be assigned)- Perform maintenance and oversight and implementation of Quality Management System Processes specifically for document control across Eurasia and Americas region in a form of centralized shared provision
- Prepare reports and/or necessary documentation and provide to applicable stakeholders, both internal and external
- Report includes data analysis, recommendations and suggestions to benefit improvement of process being supported
- Collaborate across multiple nationality within Medtronic to effectively implement document control process as well as identify areas for improvement and standardization for lean process implementation
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to be used as baseline for improvement on quality aspects
- Bachelor’s degree
- One year experience related to Quality, Regulatory, Compliance, or a related field

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care by providing specialized clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals in Operating Rooms (OR) and Intensive Care Units (ICU). Responsibilities- Provide on-site clinical education, training, and consulting to healthcare professionals in ICU and Operating Room (OR) settings on the proper use of Medtronic therapies and technologies
- Deliver specialized clinical support during surgical procedures and in critical care environments, ensuring the appropriate use of medical devices and contributing to improved patient outcomes
- Partner with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in ICU and OR settings, serving as a clinical and technical resource
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute business strategies across one or more business units
- Participate in congresses, conventions, forums, and clinical events to increase awareness and adoption of Medtronic solutions
- Work closely with Clinical Leadership, Clinical Management, and Sales teams to provide comprehensive support to customers and end users
- Identify business growth opportunities within hospitals, particularly in critical care and surgical settings
- Support the adoption of new therapies and technologies through clinical training and ongoing technical support
- Serve as a clinical and technical expert to support commercial activities, address specialized inquiries, and strengthen customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy, Surgical Instrumentation, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field, with exposure to or experience in ICU environments
- Experience or familiarity with ICU and/or Operating Room (OR) settings
- Extensive experience is not required; however, familiarity with critical care and surgical clinical environments is important
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- English proficiency at a B2 level
- Experience providing clinical or technical support for medical devices.
