You work in Mondelēz International Digital Services, providing front-line support in your area of responsibility, guiding employees through specific processes and working with others to direct and resolve issues and enquiries.
**How you will contribute**
You will serve as the first point of contact for questions relating to your process area of responsibility, providing high-quality and timely customer service and ensuring that all requests are fully understood. In this role, you will work within service level agreements, communicating when cases are escalated. In addition, you will be responsible for the accurate collection of case details and employee data, provide general information on policies and procedures, and answer questions based on FAQs. You will also be asked to provide feedback and propose improvements in your area of responsibility and to record and track cases in the case management system, assigning a severity level and following through to ensure that cases are resolved and that service level agreements can be measured and improved. **What you need to know about this position:**
The People Operations Advisor will be responsible for managing, ensuring, and monitoring flexible compensation & Education Contribution operations for Colombia, through constant communication with colleagues from other areas and vendors, documentation review, and follow-up on specific employee cases within the company. Additionally, they will support the execution of operational procedures in the area related to payroll processing, accounting records, and account reconciliation, among others.

**What you need to know about this position:**
+ You will be responsible for leading the commercial relationship with Grupo Éxito.
+ You will develop and implement strategic business plans focused on sales growth, market share, and profitability.
+ You will negotiate commercial agreements, promotional plans, and trade conditions with the customer.
+ You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category Management teams to ensure flawless in-store execution.
+ You will be the main point of contact between the company and the customer, building long-term relationships based on trust and mutual value creation.

+ Proven experience managing modern trade accounts in Colombia (hypermarkets, organized retail).
+ Trade Marketing experience is desirable.
+ Availability to work from Medellín, Colombia.
