**About the Role**
We are looking for a highly organized Talent Acquisition Back Office Specialist to support external onboarding processes. The Manager, TA Operations, Process & Onboarding will play a critical role in shaping how talent is hired and onboarded across DePuy Synthes. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing recruiting processes, systems and data insights to improve candidate and hiring manager experience. Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage talent acquisition operations, including process design, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
+ Ensure consistent execution of recruiting workflows, policies, compliance standards and global governance practices

Qualifications
Education:

**Position Summary**
Junior Manager Controllership is responsible for the general accounting process for the LATAM entities to managing the monthly closing, overseeing the monthly G/L account conciliations along with monthly and quarterly and an annual reports. 1. Act as a liaison between local markets and the regional or corporate controllership function.

**Responsabilidades principales**
+ Gestionar y dar seguimiento a correos electrónicos y comunicaciones internas.
+ Coordinar agendas y programación de reuniones.
+ Elaborar y consolidar reportes administrativos y de gastos.
+ Actualizar información en sistemas y bases de datos.
+ Realizar validación, consolidación y revisión de datos en Excel.
+ Generar reportes e indicadores operativos.

+ Apoyar actividades de seguimiento y análisis para diferentes áreas del negocio.
+ Organizar y administrar documentación física y digital.
**Requisitos**
+ Bachiller, técnico, tecnólogo o estudiante de carreras administrativas, contables, financieras o afines.
+ Manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
+ Atención al detalle y orientación a la calidad.
+ Capacidad de organización y seguimiento de tareas.
+ Habilidades de comunicación escrita.
+ Capacidad para trabajar con información numérica y administrativa.
**Valoramos especialmente**
+ Experiencia previa en procesos administrativos, back office o análisis de información.
+ Experiencia en manejo de bases de datos, reportes o validación de información.
+ Conocimiento intermedio de Excel (tablas dinámicas, filtros, fórmulas básicas).
+ Capacidad para priorizar actividades y gestionar múltiples tareas.

The Applications Development Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements
+ Identify and analyze issues, make recommendations, and implement solutions
+ Utilize knowledge of business processes, system processes, and industry standards to solve complex issues
+ Analyze information and make evaluative judgements to recommend solutions and improvements
+ Conduct testing and debugging, utilize script tools, and write basic code for design specifications
+ Assess applicability of similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures
+ Develop working knowledge of Citi's information systems, procedures, standards, client server application development, network operations, database administration, systems administration, data center operations, and PC-based applications
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Qualifications:**
+ 0-2 years of relevant experience
+ Experience in programming/debugging used in business applications
+ Working knowledge of industry practice and standards
+ Comprehensive knowledge of specific business area for application development
+ Working knowledge of program languages
+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
+ .NET, Java programming languages experience reequired

+ Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
