We are looking for a highly creative and strategically driven Graphic Designer for B2B with strong expertise in premium presentation design, key art ideation, and experiential marketing materials to support Sony Pictures Entertainment's B2B and trade marketing initiatives across Latin America.
This role requires a designer with exceptional visual taste, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to create polished, high-end materials that elevate the perception of premium entertainment brands. The ideal candidate combines strong design craft with marketing sensibility and thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
The designer will support campaigns, sales initiatives, partner presentations, experiential activations, trade events, upfronts, sponsorship opportunities, and executive-facing materials across Sony Pictures Entertainment's portfolio, including Sony One, TV Distribution, Networks, Ad Sales, FAST Channels, and other business units.
Key Responsibilities
+ Design visually compelling and strategically effective B2B marketing materials across digital, print, and experiential formats
+ Create premium executive presentations and sales decks for internal and external stakeholders
+ Develop creative concepts and visual directions for Key Art explorations and campaign ideation
+ Design materials for experiential marketing activations, events, trade shows, screenings, upfronts, and client-facing experiences
+ Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Marketing teams, Ad Sales, and Production teams to translate strategic objectives into impactful visual storytelling
+ Create and adapt branding systems, layouts, typography, and visual identities for marketing initiatives
+ Support campaign development through moodboards, pitch visuals, presentation mockups, and creative concepts
+ Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines while elevating the premium positioning of Sony brands and content
+ Prepare final production-ready files for print, large-scale installations, presentations, and event collateral
+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high creative standards

Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience)
+ Proven experience as a Graphic Designer working in marketing, B2B, entertainment, streaming, media, or premium lifestyle environments
+ Proven experience designing for premium entertainment, streaming, or media brands, with a portfolio that demonstrates elevated creative taste, strong visual storytelling, and high-quality execution across presentations, campaigns, experiential, and marketing materials
+ Strong portfolio showcasing high-end presentation design, marketing campaigns, experiential work, branding systems, and Key Art explorations
+ Demonstrated ability to create visually elevated executive presentations and sales materials with strong storytelling structure
+ Experience conceptualizing and designing Key Art directions and campaign visuals

**Resumen del Puesto (Job Summary)**
Buscamos un Practicante/Aprendiz de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para apoyar la documentación, seguimiento y ejecución de actividades del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST). Esta posición permitirá fortalecer conocimientos prácticos en un entorno corporativo, participando en iniciativas de prevención de riesgos y cumplimiento normativo.
**Qué Hará (What You'll Do - Responsabilidades)**
+ Apoyar la documentación, seguimiento y ejecución de actividades del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST).
+ Colaborar con el equipo de SST y otras áreas para promover una cultura de seguridad y prevención.
+ Participar en inspecciones y actividades orientadas a la prevención de riesgos laborales.
+ Mantener actualizada la documentación del sistema de gestión.
+ Apoyar en auditorías internas y en el cumplimiento de las normativas aplicables de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
+ Dar seguimiento a procedimientos operativos relacionados con SST.
**Qué Aportará (What You'll Bring - Habilidades y Cualificaciones)**
+ Estar cursando estudios técnicos, tecnológicos o profesionales en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (también se consideran estudiantes de programas técnicos o de Ingeniería Industrial).

+ Tener capacidad para seguir procedimientos operativos y administrativos relacionados con SST.

+ Apoyar la documentación, seguimiento y ejecución de actividades del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST).
+ Colaborar con el equipo de SST y otras áreas para promover una cultura de seguridad y prevención.
+ Participar en inspecciones y actividades orientadas a la prevención de riesgos laborales.
+ Mantener actualizada la documentación del sistema de gestión.

Responsibilities
As a Specialist, Customer Success for Services, you will support the development and delivery of strategic priorities within the region. The candidate will focus on ensuring the priority customers and segments they work with experience positive change through more effective use of Services network products. The candidate will support senior Customer Success Managers and work closely with cross-functional teams including Network Services, Account Management, Sales, Product, Technical Account Managers and support/delivery teams to realize the full value proposition of Mastercard Network Products on behalf of the customer.

Customer Engagement:
