**Coordinador Nacional de Farmacias**
**Objetivo del cargo**
Liderar, coordinar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial en el canal de farmacias a nivel nacional (retail e institucional), garantizando el cumplimiento de metas de ventas, crecimiento sostenible del negocio y una ejecución efectiva en punto de venta mediante la articulación transversal con áreas comerciales, marketing, trade y operaciones.
**Principales Funciones:**
+ Diseñar e implementar estrategias comerciales para el canal farmacias.
+ Gestionar relaciones con cadenas de retail, distribuidores e instituciones.
+ Asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas, participación de mercado y cobertura.
+ Monitorear indicadores clave (sell in, sell out, rotación, inventarios).
+ Impulsar iniciativas conjuntas con equipos comerciales y regionales.
+ Liderar equipos de alto desempeño a nivel nacional (fuerza de ventas, visitadores o gestores).
+ Elaborar forecast de ventas y planes de crecimiento.
+ Manejar bases de datos robustas utilizando Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, Power Query, dashboards).
+ Gestionar negociaciones comerciales con clientes clave.
**Requisitos**
+ Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadeo, Negocios o carreras afines.
+ Mínimo 5 años en roles comerciales en sector farmacéutico o consumo masivo.
+ Experiencia manejando canal farmacias (retail y/o institucional).
+ Experiencia liderando equipos de ventas.
+ Excel avanzado (indispensable)
+ Manejo de CRM y herramientas de análisis
+ Conocimiento del mercado farmacéutico y dinámicas del canal

**Descripción del puesto:**
El Coordinador de aduana será la persona encargada de planear, implementar, dirigir, controlar y responder por el proceso de importación, exportación, tránsito aduanero, régimen franco y grupo de personal a cargo dando cumplimiento a los resultados esperados por la empresa en términos de tiempo de servicios, productividad y costos, generando estrategias y planes de acciones. La validación de los documentos cumpla con los requisitos mínimos exigidos por la legislación aduanera y Sarlaft, para iniciar proceso de importación o exportación de las mercancías de los diferentes clientes. Cumplir con los indicadores de facturación y demás indicadores implementados por la compañía.
**Responsabilidades:**
+ Verificar y velar que estén todos los documentos legales de los clientes (Radicar ante los diferentes depósitos, Puertos, Sarlaft y Dian).
+ Diseñar, ejecutar y controlar el desarrollo de las estrategias administrativas y operativas necesarias para mejorar la calidad de información y el servicio al cliente, garantizando la productividad del personal a cargo.
+ Garantizar la adecuada y oportuna asesoría a los clientes con relación a la legislación de comercio exterior, régimen franco y aduanero con base en los procedimientos establecidos.
+ Controlar y efectuar seguimiento a los procesos de importación, exportación que se desarrollan en su coordinación o en las sucursales, garantizando la optimización de estos.
+ Desarrollar estrategias y su debida implementación y seguimiento para exigir resultados en el personal a cargo acerca de los procesos de la Agencia de Aduanas, y los demás procesos que impacten sus resultados.
+ Reportar cualquier desviación en los procesos para mantener un flujo eficiente y en línea con los requisitos legales y las políticas de calidad y seguridad de la compañía.
+ Acompañar al cliente en el proceso de nacionalización y las eventualidades que puedan ocurrir.
+ Solucionar de manera oportuna los requerimientos del cliente y suministrarle información completa y precisa. Recolección de documentos necesarios para el proceso de nacionalización.
+ Asignación de operaciones de los diferentes clientes a las personas de soporte operativo (Analistas, asistentes, auxiliares de aduana).
+ Gestionar internamente para que el proceso cumpla con los tiempos establecidos.
+ Coordinación, revisión y seguimiento de las operaciones de importación y/o exportación de sus clientes y analistas a cargo.
+ Aumentar la productividad del equipo de trabajo a cargo.
+ Cumplir con los tiempos de servicio de nacionalización de las operaciones, tiempos de facturación y las metas de revenue asignada por la compañía.
+ Mantén una relación de confianza y comunicación asertiva con el equipo a cargo.
+ Brinda feedback a los empleados que hacen parte de tu equipo.

**Requerimientos:**
+ Técnico, Tecnólogo, Profesional en Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior o Carreras afines.
+ Nivel intermedio de inglés - Preferible.
+ Experiencia: 5 años en el cargo y manejo del personal. Gestión de trámites ante la DIAN u otras entidades - Requerido.
+ Conocimiento y manejo de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel intermedio, PowerPoint).

El coordinador(a) de proceso realizará las actividades de liderazgo asignadas y realizará una variedad de responsabilidades en toda una instalación de producción, incluida la operación de maquinaria y equipos mecánicos, la realización de mantenimiento, la resolución de problemas de clientes potenciales en toda la planta y el apoyo a otros utilizando una amplia comprensión de procesos variados y multidimensionales. The Biostatistics team for the Real-World Science department uses specialized statistical expertise to perform analyses such as assessing prescribing patterns, comparing effectiveness between treatments, and investigating differences in safety outcomes using complex longitudinal prospective and registry data. **_The team is comprised of key focus areas: query work, pharmacovigilance, and registry coordination._**
**What will you do in this role with our CorEvitas team?**
The Lead Biostatistician will serve as the statistical lead on high-profile pharmacovigilance (PV) and safety-focused projects and will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support long-term post-authorization safety studies (PASS) and other regulatory commitments. This individual will independently design studies, develop statistical analysis plans, oversee analyses, and provide strategic statistical leadership to ensure high-quality and scientifically rigorous real-world evidence generation. A few key responsibilities are listed below.
Leads the statistical design, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of pharmacovigilance and safety-focused observational studies using complex longitudinal registry data
Collaborates with investigators, epidemiologists, clinicians, and clients to develop protocols, Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), and analytic strategies that support client objectives and regulatory commitments
Independently performs advanced statistical analyses and sample size/power calculations in accordance with SAPs and industry best practices
Provides strategic statistical leadership and independently makes sound statistical decisions related to safety analyses and real-world evidence generation
Oversees and mentors Biostatistician I/II analysts and other junior staff, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency of statistical analyses and documentation
Develops and implements standardized methodologies, analytical templates, and programming approaches to improve efficiency, reproducibility, and consistency across projects
**Hiring requirements:**
**Education requirements**
PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics is preferred. A master's degree in these same areas is required.
**Experience requirements**
Minimum 5-8 years of applied statistical experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, hospital or academic is required.
Demonstrated experience **leading complex observational research studies** , equivalent to 3 years is required.
**Experience with Pharmacovigilance or safety-focused analyses project lead experience is preferred.**
Experience working with complex longitudinal registry or real-world data required
Demonstrated knowledge of retrospective and prospective observational study designs and related methodologies required.
Experience with causal inference theory and methods strongly preferred
Experience supporting regulatory safety studies, post-authorization safety
studies (PASS), or related pharmacovigilance activities preferred
Experience mentoring or supervising junior biostatisticians preferred
Collaborative research experience with publications in peer-reviewed journals preferred
Advanced proficiency in R required; experience with SAS preferred
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
Strong understanding of statistical methodology for observational and longitudinal data analyses
Knowledge of pharmacovigilance principles, safety data evaluation, and real-world evidence generation preferred
Ability to independently lead projects, prioritize competing deliverables, and manage multiple timelines effectively
Strong scientific, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and communicate complex statistical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, reproducible analyses and documentation
Requires excellent written communication skills and adherence to best practices for statistical programming and code documentation
Ability to make independent judgments under limited supervision

**Job Description**
Seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the Latin American region. The BDR will work in close cooperation with the regional Sales and Marketing teams to build up the pipeline for the sales team in assigned region and/or product line. The BDR should have a telesales background, predominantly in B2B enterprise software. The BDR should have fun on the phone and the desire to work in an international environment.
