**The Team**
The National Scale Ratings team at S&P Global Ratings is responsible for assigning and monitoring national credit ratings in Colombia and Panama, covering corporates, infrastructure, local and regional governments, and structured finance. The team applies both traditional analytical methods and AI-powered tools to deliver accurate and efficient credit assessments, and values collaboration, continuous learning, and the integration of analytical expertise with emerging technologies.
**Responsibilities and Impact**
Team Contribution & Capability Building
+ Support senior analysts across the credit analysis process, contributing to the evaluation of credit portfolios and the preparation of rating committee materials.
Core Analytical & Delivery
+ Conduct research and prepare analytical presentations for rating committees, applying traditional credit analysis methods and AI-assisted data processing tools.
+ Gather, organize, and analyze financial, technical, and industry data to support the credit rating process, maintaining high standards of data quality and analytical accuracy.
Stakeholder & Market Engagement
+ Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, issuers, and external stakeholders to support the credit rating process.
+ Contribute to research publications and periodic thought leadership articles on credit topics relevant to assigned sectors.
Risk Management and Operating
+ Maintain rigorous data quality standards and ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and methodology requirements across all analytical work.
**What We're Looking For**
Required Skills and Experience
+ An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 1+ years of relevant experience in credit analysis across corporates, infrastructure, local and regional governments, or structured finance.
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements and apply quantitative analytical skills to support credit assessments.
+ Demonstrated proficiency with quantitative data analysis and the ability to learn and apply emerging analytical technologies in an analytical workflow.
+ Language requirements: Spanish - Required, Fluent (able to conduct meetings, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally). English - Required, Fluent (able to conduct meetings, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally).
Preferred or Helpful Experience
+ Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. A master's degree or professional certification (such as CFA) is highly valued. We welcome candidates from traditional finance disciplines as well as diverse academic backgrounds that support innovative and critical thinking.
+ Experience with financial modeling, financial forecasting, and automated modeling tools or data analytics platforms.
+ Proficiency in Excel, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools for financial analysis.
+ Experience with AI or machine learning applications in financial analysis or credit risk assessment.
+ Experience with database management and data visualization tools used in financial services.
Additional Information
+ We require all candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global Ratings office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer.

**What We're Looking For**
Required Skills and Experience
+ An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 1+ years of relevant experience in credit analysis across corporates, infrastructure, local and regional governments, or structured finance.
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements and apply quantitative analytical skills to support credit assessments.

The Sr Clinical Project Manager provide management of a clinical trial (s) in a global level. Services/deliverables include operational oversight of assigned project(s) at the global level for end-to-end project management from start-up through to closeout activities.
**Tasks & Responsibilities:**
- Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with regulatory requirements (International Conference on Harmonization (ICH)-Good Clinical Practice (GCP), protocol), customer requirements (contract), and internal requirements (policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), project plans).
- Accountable for meeting projects' recruitment targets and ensuring appropriate recruitment strategies are in place.
- Contribute to the development of the project risk mitigation plan and manage clinical risks throughout the project's lifecycle.
- Ensure clinical quality delivery by identifying quality standards/requirements, planning how compliance will be measured, monitoring and overseeing management of clinical quality issues.
**Essentials Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree Health care or other scientific discipline Req
- Requires 8 years clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Minumun 3 years of regional/global trial management experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
- Nice to have **Cell Therapy/Hemayology** TA experience.

**Turno/Jornada:** Rotativo.
El Operador I de Planta de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales, realizará una variedad de responsabilidades dentro del área asignada a la instalación. En este puesto, se le asignarán diferentes áreas de trabajo según sea necesario para garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos del área de PTAR.
**Responsabilidades Clave**
+ Realizar la limpieza y el aseo a las diferentes unidades que conforman el tratamiento de las aguas residuales.
+ Realizar la preparación de los productos químicos utilizados en el tratamiento de las aguas residuales.
+ Asegurar la correcta dosificación de los productos químicos.
+ Retirar la grasa de los cárcamos (rejillas - trampas de grasas), depositándolos en el tanque de almacenamiento y posteriormente bombearla a la Planta de Harinas.
+ Retirar la Pollinaza de los cárcamos de lavado de camiones de pollo en pie, para su posterior compostaje con caldos microbianos.
+ Verificar el funcionamiento de los tamices rotatorios de tal manera que se controle el paso de vísceras y pluma hacia el sistema de tratamiento preliminar (trampas de gasas).
+ Realizar una vez a la semana (domingo - festivo) el lavado, limpieza y desinfección de las unidades de tratamiento (cárcamos Pollinaza - trampa de grasas - tamiz rotatorio - tanque almacenamiento grasas -DAF -Reactor, Clarificador - Tornillo deshidratador - tanque de preparación químicos, etc.)
+ Retirar solidos suspendidos que llegan al desnatador y vaciarlos en la tubería de lodos.
+ Prensar el lodo proveniente del tanque de homogenización de lodos.
+ Limpieza y aseo del cuarto de la centrifuga y alrededor del tanque de lodos.
+ Informar al supervisor sobre las novedades presentadas en la planta.
+ Demás funciones que le sean asignadas y que corresponda a la naturaleza de su cargo.
**Calificaciones**
**Mínimas:**
+ Escolaridad primaria completa o superior
+ Capacidad de leer y escribir en español sin dificultad
+ Mayor de 18 años de edad
+ Levantar hasta 25 kilos con o sin ajustes razonables

**Resumen de la posición**
Será responsable de ejecutar el proceso de compra de leche directamente con los productores de la zona, garantizando el abastecimiento de volúmenes requeridos por la compañía con altos estándares de calidad y costos competitivos. Además, brindará acompañamiento técnico y asesoría a los ganaderos, promoviendo iniciativas de productividad, sostenibilidad y desarrollo rural que contribuyan al fortalecimiento de las fincas proveedoras y al crecimiento sostenible del negocio. + Gestionar la compra de leche directamente con los productores, garantizando calidad, volumen y competitividad.
+ Visitar fincas proveedoras para realizar asesorías técnicas y seguimiento a indicadores productivos.
+ Supervisar prácticas de ordeño y procesos asociados a la calidad de la leche.
+ Desarrollar e implementar programas de productividad, sostenibilidad y mejora continua con los ganaderos.
+ Identificar oportunidades relacionadas con desarrollo rural, cambio climático y buenas prácticas agropecuarias.
+ Construir relaciones de largo plazo con productores, asociaciones y actores relevantes del sector.
+ Realizar seguimiento a los mercados de oferta y demanda de leche para apoyar la gestión comercial del territorio.
+ Gestionar contratos, documentación, reportes e información administrativa asociada a los proveedores.

Será responsable de ejecutar el proceso de compra de leche directamente con los productores de la zona, garantizando el abastecimiento de volúmenes requeridos por la compañía con altos estándares de calidad y costos competitivos. Además, brindará acompañamiento técnico y asesoría a los ganaderos, promoviendo iniciativas de productividad, sostenibilidad y desarrollo rural que contribuyan al fortalecimiento de las fincas proveedoras y al crecimiento sostenible del negocio. La posición combina actividades de campo y administrativas, con desplazamientos frecuentes por diferentes municipios del departamento del Cesar.

+ Gestionar la compra de leche directamente con los productores, garantizando calidad, volumen y competitividad.
+ Visitar fincas proveedoras para realizar asesorías técnicas y seguimiento a indicadores productivos.
+ Supervisar prácticas de ordeño y procesos asociados a la calidad de la leche.
+ Desarrollar e implementar programas de productividad, sostenibilidad y mejora continua con los ganaderos.
+ Identificar oportunidades relacionadas con desarrollo rural, cambio climático y buenas prácticas agropecuarias.
+ Construir relaciones de largo plazo con productores, asociaciones y actores relevantes del sector.
+ Realizar seguimiento a los mercados de oferta y demanda de leche para apoyar la gestión comercial del territorio.
+ Gestionar contratos, documentación, reportes e información administrativa asociada a los proveedores.
+ Promover la participación de los ganaderos en programas de desarrollo y productividad impulsados por la compañía.
+ Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, abastecimiento responsable y sostenibilidad establecidos por Nestlé.
**Lo que te dará éxito**
+ Profesional en Ingeniería Agronómica, Zootecnia, Medicina Veterinaria o carreras afines.
+ Experiencia o afinidad con el sector agropecuario, ganadero o lechero.
+ Conocimiento de producción animal, sistemas productivos agropecuarios y desarrollo rural.
+ Interés por iniciativas relacionadas con sostenibilidad, cambio climático y acompañamiento a productores.
+ Habilidades para el relacionamiento, acompañamiento técnico y negociación con ganaderos.
+ Capacidad de planificación y ejecución de actividades de campo.
+ Manejo de herramientas informáticas y Excel.
+ Disponibilidad para movilizarse de forma frecuente por diferentes municipios del Cesar.
+ Licencia de conducción vigente.
