Reporting to the **IT Manager, Latin America** , the **JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Developer** is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing ERP solutions that directly support ChemTreat's operations across Latin America. This role plays a key part in ensuring system stability, enabling efficient business processes, and driving ERP standardization initiatives across the region. As a senior technical contributor, you will influence solution design, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and support critical business cycles such as monthly financial close.
This position is part of the **Latin America IT Team** , located in Tocancipa, Colombia and will be **hybrid** .
**In this role, a typical day will look like:**
+ Designing, developing, and enhancing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications to improve operational efficiency.
+ Providing third‑level support for JDE production issues and leading complex troubleshooting.
+ Performing technical analysis, coding, testing, and deployment following SDLC and change‑control standards.
+ Supporting monthly financial close activities in partnership with Finance and Accounting.
+ Documenting system changes, configurations, and development work with clarity and accuracy.
+ Participating in ERP standardization initiatives across the region.
+ Supporting Power BI queries and integrations related to JDE.
+ Coordinating and supporting JIRA-based requests for Colombia.
+ Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical challenges.
**The essential requirements of the job include:**
+ **Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.**
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
+ 3+ years of ERP experience with strong hands‑on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne development and support
+ Experience delivering end‑to‑end JDE solutions in a production environment
+ Experience supporting integrations, reporting, and analytics (Power BI preferred)

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the FP&A Analyst, Planning, Cost & Cash Performance plays a critical role in supporting enterprise planning, forecasting, and below‑gross‑margin performance. + Analyzing OPEX, SG&A, headcount, and key cash and working‑capital drivers, including inventory, AR, AP, and other balance‑sheet items
+ Preparing variance analysis versus plan, forecast, and prior year for cost, cash, and below‑gross‑margin performance
+ Building and maintaining scenario models, sensitivity analyses, and decision‑support tools for finance leadership
+ Partnering with functional finance and regional stakeholders to validate assumptions and improve forecast accuracy and discipline
+ Reconciling intercompany sales, margins, and costs between legal entities
+ Supporting ad hoc analyses tied to productivity, spending, headcount, cash conversion, and enterprise performance priorities
