Role Summary
Rowan is seeking a highly analytical People Operations Analyst to support data-driven decision making across compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and People Operations. This role will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing critical people data, supporting compensation and incentive programs, and translating data into clear insights and compelling narratives that enable leaders to make informed workforce and talent decisions.
The People Operations Analyst will partner closely with People Operations, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development & People Programs, People Business Partners, and executive leadership to provide reporting, analysis, business insights, and program administration across a variety of people-related initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems, and helping build scalable people processes in a high-growth environment.
Travel: Ability to travel up to (10%) to company location or for meetings.
Location: Denver, CO (hybrid in-office role)
Compensation: $90k - $105k (Offers Bonus)
Essential Responsibilities :
Compensation & Total Rewards
Conduct market compensation benchmarking and competitive pay analysis
Support compensation planning, job architecture, leveling, and salary structure administration
Analyze internal and external compensation trends and provide recommendations
Support annual compensation review processes and pay equity analysis
Maintain compensation data integrity and reporting
Long-Term Incentive & Bonus Program Administration
Track and maintain Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) participant data and vesting schedules
Support LTIP reporting, forecasting, and executive-level analysis
Administer and analyze bonus tracking and repayment programs
Maintain other compensation program tracking and payout reporting
Partner with Finance to ensure incentive and bonus program accuracy
Benefits & Employee Programs
Conduct employee benefits surveys and market benchmarking
Analyze benefits utilization, participation, and cost trends
Support benefits strategy recommendations through data and reporting
Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders on benefits reporting needs
Workforce Planning & People Analytics
Develop and maintain headcount dashboards and workforce reports
Support quarterly workforce planning and headcount forecasting processes
Analyze hiring, attrition, retention, and organizational trends
Provide executive reporting and workforce insights to support strategic planning
Develop metrics and dashboards to support People & Culture and business leaders
Data, Reporting & Systems
Ensure accuracy and integrity of People data across systems
Build recurring reports and dashboards for leadership and the People team
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through workforce data analysis
Support HRIS reporting, audits, and data governance initiatives
Assist with ad hoc analysis and executive requests
Required Education, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in People Analytics, Compensation, HR Operations, Finance, Workforce Planning, or a related analytical role
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data modeling
Experience building dashboards and reports for leadership audiences
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting compensation, benefits, or total rewards programs
Experience with HRIS, ATS, and reporting platforms
Experience with workforce planning and headcount forecasting
Experience in a high-growth, infrastructure, technology, construction, or data center environment

Role SummaryWe are seeking a Solutions Architect, Associate to lead the development and delivery of technical solutions across the Rowan project portfolio. This role is a key part of the technical team, driving solution design and cross functional coordination from early planning through implementation. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in technical problem solving, solution design principles, and modern infrastructure or cloud‑based technologies. This role will independently manage a variety of efforts including, submittal review, progress construction drawing review, and site‑specific building solutions. While experience in data centers or industrial environments is beneficial, it is not required. Candidates with broader technology, engineering, or architecture backgrounds who are eager to take on complex solution‑design work are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, a customer‑oriented mindset, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Comfort navigating ambiguity, mentoring junior team members, and working effectively in a fast paced, cross‑functional environment is essential.

Essential ResponsibilitiesLead the coordination of A/S/MEP design activities with external engineering consultants and ensure cross‑discipline design alignment.
Gather and document customer A/S/MEP requirements in partnership with the Solutions Architect Team, driving clarity and completeness.
Provide onsite leadership during construction to verify architectural and structural work aligns with design intent.
Drive collaboration with design and construction teams to address site‑specific challenges and improve constructability.
Oversee the coordination of construction documents prepared by third‑party design consultants.
Identify and manage project risks throughout the lifecycle, developing mitigation strategies and escalating as needed.
Lead the development of engineering standards, documentation, and team processes.
Provide technical data and documentation to the Commercial team and program managers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
Lead the review and processing of design submittals to ensure compliance with Rowan standards and project requirements.
Manage progress construction drawing reviews, providing detailed feedback on design development and coordination across disciplines.
Drive the development of site‑specific building solutions that address unique project conditions, local code requirements, and customer needs.
Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance on technical standards, design processes, and professional growth.
Accredited professional degree in Architecture. Other related fields may be considered. Professional licensure (RA/PE) required, or AIT/EIT with active pursuit of licensure. Sustainable design accreditation preferred.
2‑3 years of hands‑on experience overseeing architectural design and construction activities in the field with strong knowledge of building systems best practices, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, REVIT, NAVISWORKS, and Blue Beam Revu.
Knowledge of A/MEP design and construction practices and processes required.
Knowledge of sustainability and integrated design guidelines.
Knowledge of QA/QC and specification processes.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate large teams and consultants.
Ability to communicate and present ideas in a clear, concise, and professional manner both verbally and in writing.
Experience communicating with senior leaders and executives at all levels of the organization.

Role Summary
Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Senior Associate, Contract Compliance to join our Legal Department. This position is responsible for supporting and advancing the company’s contract compliance function by ensuring contractual obligations are clearly identified, assigned, tracked, and fulfilled across the organization. This role requires demonstrated experience reviewing and interpreting complex lease agreements, credit agreements, and other commercial contracts to translate legal requirements into practical, actionable compliance obligations.
The Senior Associate partners closely with Finance, Business Development, Engineering, Construction and Operations, and other cross‑functional stakeholders to drive accountability for contract performance, monitor compliance status, and support timely satisfaction of contractual requirements throughout the contract lifecycle. In addition to day‑to‑day contract compliance management, this role plays an integral part in developing, improving, and scaling a structured contract compliance program, including standardized processes, tracking tools, and reporting mechanisms.
This position is well‑suited for a detail‑oriented professional who is comfortable working across teams, managing multiple contractual obligations simultaneously, and proactively identifying risks, gaps, and process improvements related to contract compliance.

Essential Responsibilities
Develop and implement scalable systems to track compliance with contractual obligations, including relating to leases, construction contracts, utility contracts, project financing documents and credit agreements, and other project delivery agreements.
Lead and support efforts to transition from manual tracking to more automated and centralized compliance systems as the program matures.
Maintain compliance calendars, covenant trackers, and supporting documentation.
Escalate any potential risks, missed deadlines, and compliance concerns promptly and clearly.
Serve as a central point of contact for contract compliance questions and help stakeholders understand their responsibilities under agreements
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and adherence to all contractual requirements
Identify and mitigate compliance risks through proactive monitoring and reporting

Education, Skills, and Experience
BA degree or equivalent
3+ years of contract compliance or comparable experience, preferably within an in‑house legal department
Proven experience in contract compliance management, including implementing or managing contract compliance programs, preferably in the data center, construction, energy, real estate, or finance industries
Familiarity with project‑based environments and legal documentation
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively across departments while managing multiple deadlines
Technologically savvy, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, and contract lifecycle management platforms
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability and desire to work in a fast‑paced and changing environmen
