Responsibilities

A day in the life:

The Lifecycle Marketing B2B Strategist will be responsible for audits, strategy, content, and setup of the broadcast campaigns and email automation of current and potential customers, as well as SMS campaign execution, all within our B2B client roster. They will be involved in further innovating clients’ strategy, optimizing towards higher success metrics, and leveraging senior leaders in the team to further innovate strategy. Responsibilities
  • Define and drive email marketing and SMS strategy for PDM’s B2B clients
  • Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel – marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, as well as A/B testing, measurement and reporting
  • Build and manage automated email marketing programs for our clients and ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurement
  • Collaborate with creative team to ensure brand guidelines are followed in emails
  • Report and provide recommendations on lifecycle programs’ performance monthly to clients
  • Use data to continuously test, measure and optimize the email marketing program
  • Partner and collaborate cross‑functionally with all other internal digital channels
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Role Requirements
  • 2-5 years experience in B2B email marketing strategy, production and end-to-end campaign management
  • Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly
  • Hands‑on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar
  • SMS experience (preferred)
  • Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approaches
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding
  • Strong communication, rapport building and presentation skills, as well as the ability to navigate difficult conversations

Each customer contract at Power is accompanied by an internally developed ‘Blueprint’ that outlines the key terms and revenue schedule of said contract. In this role, you will review each ‘Blueprint’ and compare it to the information provided by the different teams and/or signed contract, ensuring start date, deal value, contract length, revenue schedule, services allocations, commissions, etc. are aligned. A day in the life

The Paid Media Senior Strategist is responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of their marketing service within their book of business. They service the most complex, enterprise-level accounts, and are highly regarded for their mastery over Paid Media advertising. The Senior Strategist is exceptional at working under pressure and navigating probing client questions, difficult conversations, roadblocks, and account issues. On top of their Paid Media knowledge, the Senior Strategist has an understanding of cross‑channel strategy and how their service impacts the broader media mix. They are oriented towards the clients’ business success, tying their efforts to the greater business goals, and are able to communicate effectively with Executives. They are responsible for owning reporting, optimizations, client communication, and execution of all aspects of campaign creation and management, sometimes with the support of a Specialist. The Senior Strategist is excellent at providing insights and forward‑thinking strategy to clients on an ongoing basis, and has a strong understanding of their service’s strategy and the levers to pull to drive performance.

Responsibilities
  • Enterprise-level account campaign management, including daily optimizations, campaign creation, and high-level strategy ownership
  • Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data and data from client-specific source of truth (e.g. GA, Shopify, etc.)
  • Participate and engage in weekly department scrums and training sessions to further channel knowledge
  • Continuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goals
