Position Overview:
The main purpose of the role is to lead cross functional improvement projects focussing on the services provided by the CBS and including new system implementations and continuous process improvement. **La Oportunidad**
Esta posición está ubicada en Bogotá en la división EPD Productos farmacéuticos establecidos. **Que harás**
Asegurar que la estructura de la fuerza de ventas esté alineada con los recursos disponibles en la división y sea adecuada para alcanzar el plan de ventas. Diseñar estrategias y segmentación para cada una de las fuerzas. Además, asegurar de que la Productividad de la Fuerza de Ventas y la Investigación de Mercados estén alineadas con las necesidades del negocio, así como de aprobar los pronósticos de mercado. Diseñar y apruebar planes de incentivos y definir indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) para medir la actividad de la fuerza de ventas e identificar áreas de mejora en la productividad.
**Responsabilidades:**
-Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios para comprender mejor el mercado, medir el desempeño de la fuerza de ventas y apoyar las estrategias de marketing.
-Evaluar las necesidades de las marcas para realizar investigaciones de mercado y crear estrategias de segmentación y focalización que serán implementadas por ventas.
-Identificar necesidades del negocio para que los equipos locales y regionales de CRM las implementen en el sistema, aumentando así la productividad de la fuerza de ventas y logrando una visión 360° del cliente.
-Analizar información interna y externa para obtener insights que respalden las estrategias de marca.
-Definir indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) para las marcas y las fuerzas de ventas, con el fin de identificar oportunidades para que la división aumente su productividad y alcance los objetivos de ventas.
-Utilizar insights derivados de los incentivos para proponer estrategias que aumenten la productividad de la fuerza de ventas y ayuden al equipo de marketing a crear estrategias en colaboración con ventas para alcanzar las metas.
-Apoyar al equipo de Ventas y Marketing en sus proyectos de generación de demanda para asegurar que sean medibles y estén enfocados en los resultados esperados.
-Revisar los pronósticos de mercado y los insights por línea presentados por la Gerencia General a la región.
-Definir la estrategia de capacitación para la fuerza de campo.
**Cualificaciones Requeridas:**
Título universitario (pregrado).
**Cualificaciones preferidas**
Mínimo 10 años de experiencia general, incluyendo al menos 5 años en roles de Excelencia Comercial.
**Otras calificaciones/certificaciones:**
+ Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en gestión de CRM con equipos globales y regionales.
+ Experiencia en auditorías de incentivos, CRM e investigación de mercados.
+ Dominio de herramientas como Close Up, DDD y ATV.
+ Experiencia en la gestión de proveedores como IQVIA, Close Up y agencias de investigación de mercados.
+ Conocimientos en Power BI y Forecast Pro.
+ Inglés hablado y escrito.
